A swimming pool and deck area surrounded by terraced gardens can be enjoyed in the picturesque San Telmo district, nearby cafes and antique shops. The traditional San Telmo market is 4 blocks away.

Located 200 metres from Plaza de Mayo square and 300 metres from the metro station, Arribo Buenos Aires Hotel Boutique offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast.
Score from 191 reviews Wonderful
Boutique hotel in a historic building, in the Montserrat neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Each room is decorated in an individual style, with wall murals and stylish furniture.
Score from 93 reviews Very good
Gorgeous interior decision, paintings, natural light, unique rooms and lovely terraces. Great kitchen that's open to use!
Doesn't have 24hr front desk.
Lots of character and charm in each room. Good location for exploring San Telmo and staff were friendly and helpful.
We moved room halfway through the stay as we extended for a few nights. This was a poor decision as the bed we ended up with was horrible. The sheets were single bed sheets on a double bed, the frame collapsed when I simply sat down and it felt like the bed would break every time we moved. Avoid the 'wild dreams' themed room if you can.
Nice decoration, good breakfast. I love to have real plants and small flower vases in the room.
Design was not just about pretty things, but about facilitating people's use. There were no space for hanging (properly) clothes. Bathroom gets completely wet after a shower (the sink is into the shower space). But for 1 or 2 days stay, it is OK.
Staff were very friendly. Artwork in the room is cool. Outdoor sitting area very nice.
Bed had springs almost poking through. The noise from the other rooms is very loud - like they are in the same room with you.
The location is amazing amd convenient. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is good.
The place is falling apart. It was in disrepair and dirty. It made the stay uncomfortable. Wifi didn't work any of the nights we were there. I would not stay there again and don't recommend it.
Lots of plants give on the roof give you a nice feeing..
Way from Subte-Station San Juan isn ´t that appealing. At night take a taxi... Arrange a transport to the airport on your own...
Nice and stylish atmosphere with rooftop terrace. Kitchen can be used. Good and rich breakfast with fresh fruits. Helpful reception staff who obviously love their city and give good insider tips.
Room had no window and water streams the whole bathroom when you take a shower.
I stayed in 310, up 2 flights of spiral staircases. Loved the sunlight that comes through the room and bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient (teaching me how to open the door with the key, it was tricky). They were very accommodating, from the initial booking confirmation email communications up until the time I left for my flight at 10:30pm. Very quiet apartment with access to all terraces. My friends and I were able to enjoy the terrace with the hammock, private gathering. There is a supermarket right across the street and produce stand next door to pick up fruit and water. My stay at Bonito made my trip really enjoyable and I'd stay there again if I make it back to Buenos Aires.
The location was on the outskirts of San Telmo. Approximately 15 walk to the nearest metro station. It was more convenient to walk all the way to San Nicolas district, city centre, but would take at least 20 min.
Best breakfast we had on our whole trip. Nice atmosphere and great roof top.
Damp and heavy fungus in the bathrooms. Even we like the shabby chic, big cleaning and some refurbishing would be a good initiatives.
This is an outstanding hotel with nice special atmosphere in a good location. However hotel's staff seem to be too lazy and light-minded. They try to help, give advice but when you ask something the answer is most of the time I don't know, without willingness to check and at least a pretension of to be involved. The reception lady offered to book a taxi to an airport and at the last moment, thanks God, we found out that it is the wrong airport. So just be careful with this kind of help and trust yourself only:)
Lovely little apartment block, great price and nice enough breakfast. We liked San Telmo - some cool bars and restaurants, though it may not be for everyone.
The window in our room didn't lock, and it was one of those windows that you could easily walk through. Despite it not leading to a road, and the patio area only, this was still a concern as there are no safes in the rooms. Staff are only around between 8am and 3pm. You may think this won't cause an issue, but it did for us.
Atmosphere and quirkiness of room arrangements seemed like home. Staff exceptionally helpful and engaging. Location really close to Dorrego Sunday Feria. Supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy in same block; a real neighborhood feeling. Great bus connections.
very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. beautiful building with alot of charm
too many stairs leading to upstairs rooms. difficult to carry suitcases. And the suite we stayed in had an open and rather dangerous staircase leading to the bathroom in the loft.
Great location, wonderful staff, great ambience, definitely not a nondescript hotel!
Had character, helpful staff
Location means have to walk down underpass to get home from centre...not nice as single woman, needed cab home every night unless stayed in Be careful not to walk too far south or west of hostel, on way to metro one morning saw street fight which no one stopping Watch out also for the fake 100 peso notes, mine came from ATM
nice boutique hotel, nice style
lots of stairs, lot of humidity on the walls, staff is kind but not always on the hotel
Perfect location in San Telmo, roof top terraces, individual rooms, great breakfast and staff were all excellent and helpful.
Location is great to explore BA and with plenty of dinner options close by. The classical building has a fantastic atmosphere, and the breakfast is delicious. A communal kitchen & living are available during the day. Airport pick-up worked well.
We had storm during the first night, and the top floor room was very noisy, also maybe because some plastic covers from a nearby building site were loose? No soap in the bathroom
Very nice and clean kitchen Great breakfast!!!!
Bonito in San Telmo is a collection of seven eclectic rooms (ours, Louisa, had its own private patio overlooking the street, large windows, and high ceilings). The place is extremely relaxed, almost like being in one's own home. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, and there is a large communal kitchen which can be used at other times of the day. There are several San Temo bars and restaurants nearby, within easy walking distance, though nearby areas can get a little sketchy at night (but these are easily avoided). The price, for what you get, is unbeatable.
The place could use some maintenance - our room was beautiful, but it's upkeep could have been better.
Very nice Boutique B&B with a lot of art details in the room and the whole building! Very recommendable!
