Liked the design of the hotel. Loved that the toilet was so high that my feet hardly reached the floor (I'm 1m80), made me laugh each time.

I'm not even going to complain about small, unimportant things like the fact that the fruitsalad in the morning was almost frozen, or that the same hotel receptionist let us wait five minutes outside the closed door three nights in a row, while he tried to look up our names in the computer (by the way, he never managed to find them, but then decided to let us in anyway. All three nights). Because those things did not ruin my stay. What did ruin my stay, was the following: 1. impossible to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities, because of the filth (dirt on the pool floor, pool window dirty, white pillows on the stretcher stained,etc) 2. there is no ventilation in the hotel (except for airco in the hall of the hotel and in the rooms), which makes that you can't breath in the pool area in the basement (the smell is killing you), and that the whole hotel (hall, corridors, rooms) are hot, smelly and humid. No ventilation in the bathroom either, so if you decide to use the jacuzzi, you end up sleeping in the fog 3. everything that breaks, doesn't get repaired: broken lights in the elevator and bathroom, broken tap, sink clogged, etc. This could actually be a really nice hotel, under a better management.

Chamou-nos atenção positivamente o seguinte: funcionários atenciosos, educados e gentis; todos os nossos pedidos de serviços foram cumpridos com pontualidade, rapidez, presteza e eficiência.

Prédio um pouco antigo e carecendo de melhor manutenção. Quando houve manutenção do elevador, utilizamos a saída de emergência (escadas) e constatamos a passagem obstruída por móveis e materiais diversos.

No andaba la cerradura, no tenian gaseosas, el desayuno era minimo, solo rescato el jacuzzi y la pileta. No volveria
