- good location near the oblisk with dining options from local outlets to mcd's and b'king's - easy walks to all attractions if you are not short on time. taxi rides are cheap and plenty.

- surrounding areas is obviously where thieves and purse/camera snathers gather. don't show your valuables on the streets - give plenty time for your ride to the airport. normally 40 minutes to eze. it took us 2.5 hours and missed our flight due to unusual bad traffic on a friday night - rooms facing the streets have views but very noisy all day long

Have stayed many times...location is excellent. Now offers 20% discount if you pay in $us when you check in.

Hotel feels a bit tired, and is locked up tight by 9pm...we arrived late and the door was padlocked (security issues in ba). Some of the reception staff is surly...not very welcoming, dismissive of request to make dinner reservation (ended up doing it myself).

The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, price that I got from booking.com was great for such a hotel.

High security rules gives a feeling that you are staying in an army camp. When I arrived at hotel in the night, they checked my name first and then allowed me to enter the hotel reception area. I had to pay for the room during the check-in (no trust). You can use the elevators only if you have room card with you. The staff is very professional, but I have not seen any staff smiling. I have not seen even a smiling customer in the hotel. Avoid, if you like hostel-like environments.

The location is great, and the staff was super helpful. It was my grandmother's birthday, so they provided us with a room with gorgeous views! The breakfast room is also really nice, and cable tv has a lot of channels available.

The restaurant was closed, plus the facilities are older than they seem in the photos.

Had a problem with air conditioner in first room, but we were moved to a larger room where AC was fine.

Very noisy throughout the night from the elevator, to the TV in the next room at 1:00am, to the street noise. Not restful.

First stay, the room was very shabby - toilet seat was broken, other minor inconviences. 2nd stay was better room. Both rooms have a shortage to electrical outlets. Wifi was a little difficult to use.

- They demand full payment upfront even if the reservation was garantee with a credit card. That make them look as a cheap hotel. - Intenet access only allows one device at the time and it is cumbersome.

The location was good, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts had a wide variety, and we had a evening meal which was very good.

Noisy not the standard of a 4 star hotel

Got a budget rate which turned to be excellent VFM. Staff at lobby very helpful. restaurant (breakfast) less so. Was walking distance from my meeting venue, taxi's easy to get for some sight seeing, so a good choice. Against that rate I would stay there again!
