Having kitchen facilities in the suite, the two separate rooms, proximity to downtown. They also promptly accomodated a change to twin beds from a double. The elevators were claustrophobis, corridors sometimes smelled a bit of cigarette smoke and I was not able to get onto the hotel internet via my iPod although the staff at the front desk did try to help. |

very nice location and class of hotel, large room, well equipped The staff speaks mainly Spanish, some of them poor English if you are lucky. However, they try being helpful. |

O quarto estava muito bem arrumado e limpo, todos os dias. A banheira é pequena mas para um casal em lua de mel estava muito bom!! :) O sistema de calefacão é essencial Amei o café da manhã também. Que os funcionários da recepcão sejam mais prestativos e gentis. |

La localisation. Très déçus en arrivant à l'hôtel : la réception nous indique à ce moment là que nous devions dormir dans un autre hôtel non loin (prétextant que la réservation était en décalage avec Internet ??.) Nous avons dû insister pendant une 1h et téléphoner à votre centrale de réservation pour que nos chambres se libèrent à l'hôtel de manière magique. Ce genre de situation n'est pas acceptable. |

Ruime kamer, top locatie. Mooi dakterras, vriendelijk personeel Ontbijt werd al afgeruimd toen het nog aan de gang was, iets minder haastig mag wel. Voor internet moet je eerst een voucher halen bij de receptie, omslachtig. Internet gewoon gratis is in zelfs de meeste hostels aan de orde ... Daarnaast: zeer langzame lift. |
