Big room with good shower and clean. good selection at breakfast. Fast wifi.
Pool area quite small and basic.
I liked the location and the hotel itself!
The staff werent as friendly as I would have liked them to be!
incompetent and unfriendly staff, not there for their guests, try to squeeze as much money as possible out of them
It is right next to the Town center Obelix. The rooms are big and comfortable.
You need to request for set if fork, knives and spoon if you need to use the microwave to prepare your own instant foods. There are 2 lifts but were slow. Ask the reception for correct wifi passqord because pwd printed on key card if different
Excellent location and food.
They have charged my booking with my credit card without authorization and did not let me pay in cash. Also, they did not provide me a receipt.
The lobby, esp the very serviceminded Juan.
The kindness , and almost everything !!
Excellent staff and location.
Kitchen very limited, no utensils, no hot plate or frying pan.
Location is fantastic, very helpful and friendly staff, you can change dollars there at a very good rate. We had a back room, so no noise from outside
unable to use the swiming pool because it only opens from december; gym is very basic, Breakfast is ok, although they could make an effort with the quality of the juice ("powder" juice with too much water) and the freshness of the facturitas. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighnours TV, plastic bags... anything..
The breakfast was one of the best we had in Brazil/Argentine. Room was huge.
Unfortunately it was not possible to have a room with double bed.
I loved the big rooms--perfect for a long stay. The location, being being near the obelisko--is perfect for the first-time visitor. A subway station is right outside the hotel. It's also ideal for those looking to watch tango shows as there are many theatres nearby.
Excellent staff. Checked us in early and kept our bags on day of check out for us in a safe place. Overall, great experience and value for the money.
Av. Corrientes is a busy street, so you can hear some street noise most of the evening. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel. We are staying here 2 more times in the next month.
This hotel is located at the centre of BA ad is close to all amenities. The staff could not be more helpful. Would recommend to anybody looking for a top hotel at a great rate. The breakfast is amazing!
No tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom
This was a reasonably priced hotel. Very central on Ave Corrientes, just 50m from the Obelisk landmark. The downside of this is that there is traffic flowing past much of the evening and in BA, people blow their car horns a lot and sirens sound frequently! Although we were on level 8, the noise was a problem – front rooms not suitable for light sleepers. Also, the window opens inwards fully so is a falling risk for young children. I was travelling with a family member so we booked a “junior suite” – which had a bedroom with two single beds as requested and a separate sitting room/kitchenette. TV was in bedroom rather than sitting room so sitting room rarely used, especially as food preparation options were very limited. Had a safe and a TV, fridge and microwave – but had to request cutlery separately (and it was like getting access to Fort Knox as I was asked so many questions) and no kettle in room. Wi-fi signal was terrible in the bedroom and just adequate in the sitting room. Bathroom has hair dryer and provided shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap but no shower gel. Breakfast buffet was quite good, decent range and quality of juices, breads, yoghurt drinks, limited range of cereals and hot foods. Tables are placed too close together. Gym on floor 11 – the equipment has seen better days but is functional. Pool on level 12 outside is not heated so only for summer months but has a very nice seating area around pool. There were nice pot plants but they were placed next to the security fence so pose a climbing risk for young children. Reception and door staff friendly and accommodating as were dining room staff. There is a supermarket across the road which is very handy and loads of eateries in the area.
Traffic noise. Poor wi-fi. Window opening unsafe for young children.
The staff are very helpful. The location is excellente. The breakfast is very good. The cleanness of the room. I really recommend it.
It was not possible to find any bad thing at the hotel.
breakfast and location
bed separators to make a queen size bed area uneven
Friendly helpful staff, some having reasonable English. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect next door to a great show worth going to. Walking distance to most areas.
Location,Design,Large roooms. Staff is very helpfull they showed me 3 rooms for me to choose the one i preffered.
Good location, very close to Obelisco. Confortable and nice staff.
Great location and pretty nice design. Wifi worked well.
No air con in the room, since the heating is central. Meaning that we were sweating every night because the building has not tuned the cooling system on. No fans available. No kettle. The breakfast was very poor, the meats and eggs were bad one of the days, juices were not fresh. Pool was closed and no one advised us prior.
- Location, fantastic!
- The room's window opens and there is no protection. I don't have a problem with that but I think that someone travelling with children shall have a look on this.
Very clean, manager was nice and good location
The staff in the lobby were not very helpful and they were cold and snop! Especially the blond man!
Location is perfect! downtown centre location
Room i booked online was not the same i got when i arrive, wifi was so poor in the room so i had to go to the lobby to be able to work from there.
