The friendly helpful staff made our trip hassle free. Many staff spoke English and assisted with flights, queries and more. A great place to stay and we will be returning soon.

The staff were spectacularly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good by Argentinian standards and the bathroom with a spa was great.

The rooms could use an extra few drawers for storage.

location...minutes away from major shopping,restaurants and only 15mins walk to central area for tourist buses..good breakfast..friendly helpful staff..and a jacuzzi in the rooms,just great after a long day out...

although breakfast was good ,there was no hot food available..wifi was just ok in my room,not a great signal..but other than that i would definately stay again if i went back...

Its location is perfect, it is close to two parks and it is really grean, confortable. Bed is superb. I stayed in second floor and was really quiet except for the noise in the bathroom. Rooms are large, neat but requests some vacuming because of the kind of floor that it is industrial, so the dust forms in the floor but is not cleanded sweaping.

Plumbing is really weak in the bath, you are sleeping and suddenly you feel like it is raining inside the room, but it is the upper level flushing the toilet. This is something you must fix

Staff was really helpful. Room was so big as like as the king size bed and of course very comfortable.

Hotel fabuloso!! Poucos quartos, café da manhã gostoso, funcionários anteciosos demais, bar do hotel com drinks sensacionais, clima zen, ótimo para relaxar. Ficamos numa suite virada para os fundos fantástica com um silêncio maravilhoso. O blackout automático parou de funcionar, no mesmo dia mandaram um técnico e resolveu o problema. Enfim o custo benefício atendeu bastante.

O hotel fica bem localizado só que não fica exatamente na Ricoleta, fica mais perto do centro.

O hotel é ótimo. Mas aconselho a ficar no quarto com vista para a praça que é maravilhosa, principalmente com o nascer do sol. Os quartos do fundo tem uma vista muito feia. A equipe também é muito atenciosa e prestativa. Aconselho a todos hospedar nesse hotel.

Nada no me ha gustado...

el horario del desayuno. no tiene una franja horario, se puede desayunar a cualquier hora. esta buenisimo.

La habitación, tamaño de la cama. Baño.

Falta servicio al cliente. El primer día no nos limpiaron la habitación, después solicité toallas limpias , tuve que llamar 3 veces para que las suban. La segunda noche en la habitación sobre nosotros una pareja de brasileros se pusieron a pelear muy agresivamente, tuve que llamar a la recepción para que los calmen o llamen a la policía, a la mañana siguiente siguieron discutiendo. La mañana del domingo bajamos a tomar desayuno y no había nada, la excusa era, estamos llenos y no tenemos personal. La última noche la misma pareja de brasileros tuvo la televisión prendida toda la noche, llamé a la recepción, pero no se hizo nada. Muy mala administración.

Ottima posizione. Arrivi a piedi al teatro colòn da una parte, e al cimitero della recoleta dall'altra.

Di base è un ottimo hotel, ma il bagno potrebbe essere migliore.
