Wilton Hotel is centrally located on Ave Callao. The rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are friendly & helpful. Breadfast good though only continental. A good quality 3 to 4 * hotel. Found the rooms too warm for our liking. Get a room away from the main street if you like to open a window for fresh air. |

Excellent location and staff was very friendly. Room was always cleaned well. Breakfast was adequate. I have stayed here 3 times and will stay again. The location is perfect with the metro 3 blocks away. Easy walk to Recoleta. |

The location is ok and the staff help as mush as they are capable but still a long ways to go with the language barrier and internet wi-fi etc which was supposed to be available but mostly was not..!! The rooms are dingy, with a bed that is like a park bench and pillows that feel like they are full of concrete. The wi-fi is only available (sometimes..) in the lobby (what is that about..?? The gym can only be used from 2pm .........what...!! And the amount charge to my credit card is more that the stated amount on my reservation, with no credible explanation..!! ( this is still under investigation before a call my credit card company...?? We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room and there were ashtrays everywhere and the corridor bin was always full of cigarette butts each day. We wanted to leave the key inserted in the slot to power the fan/ac but the cleaner kept taking it out each day, so we had to come back to a hot room each day. |

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I was traveling alone for the weekend and wanted to get the full experience of Buenos Aires. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is located near many shops and restaurants. A quick cab ride can take you to many other sites in the city. I would definitely stay here again. My one concern was that the people at the front desk gave my room number out to an aquaintance I had just met. |

Centrally located to the shopping district (Santa Fe & Callao). Great restaurants...close to subway and other means of public transportation. Fantastic (all-you-can-eat) buffet breakfast from 7:30 to 11 a.m. every day. no in-room coffee maker. |

The breakfast was good. It was advertised as "close" to the airport, a taxi cost $36, I was told the gym and spa were closed on Sunday (they were not) the room was tiny, the TV reception was awful, the staff were unfriendly. |

The staff were nice and helful and the rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. The hotel is well located, near the heart of the city of Buenos Aires Heating was quite limited for the time of the year (winter). The air conditioner only blowed cold air |

Within walking distance of Recoleta, down town Florida and 3 blocks from Subte (Callao metro), surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and taxis readily available on Santa Fe the hotel is ideally sited for a tourist visit to Buenos Aires. The traffic noise from Callao means a rear-facing room essential. The noisy box a/c couldn't cope with 35 degrees and high humidity at night. |

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were very nice and had a modern feel. Breakfast was had good variety and quantity. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hours of the fitness center were too limited (open in afternoon only). Our room was not ready when we checked in and had to wait ~30 minutes for it to be cleaned. |

Service provided by hotel staff, within walking distance of our destinations.Internet availability, Breakfast buffet.. No pool or whirlpool. Many stories from people on the ship and at the hotel of being robbed in taxi's, on the street, etc. Makes one feel insecure even in the hotel. Smoking. |

Hotel well located, close to places of interest. Staff very helpful, of good advise for tours. A wi-fi in the rooms would be most practical, as well as a mini-bar. |

The hotel is very well located. It is near the amenities and the main atractions of the city. Near metro and supermarkets, bookstores and cafes. However, the room is not as good as it could be, since the hotel is old and the room was noisy. The staff is just polite and seems not to be interested of doing more than just their strict work. If you need anything more, forget it. I think it does not worth the money for the room offered to us. Taxes are too high, and the final price is quite different from that you expected to pay. |
