Had reserved at the nh City in Buenos Aires, which is not terrible but not what I expected. We changed to the Sofitel after the second night. Cost was $60 per night more than nh but definitely worth every extra dollar. I'm talking night and day. This is one of the best Sofitels I know.

The service. The employees have a very high standard in terms of how to treat the customers. Fantastic. Outstanding. The connection to the internet. Slow, and in constant need of introducing the password every time you move from one place to the other in the hotel. Or just if you let your smart phone or computer to rest for a couple of minutes. It makes miserable the experience to stay connected to the world.

Personal encantador, servicial, dispuesto a solucionarte cualquier inconveniente. Un restaurante con un gran chef y un café cada tarde animado. Algunos días música en directo, los jueves un rinconcito francés

I baristi sono il punto forte dell Hotel ed anche il personale alla reception. Non mi e piaciuto il personale che attende I clienti all' entrata dell' Hotel,personale che non e ben preparato per un hotel di questo livello,sempre al telefono......con poco riguardo per il cliente che arriva,non aprono le porte delle auto e dell hotel,non salutano ,cosa che in altri hotel e' di routine specialmente nei 5 stelle lusso!!!

O Sofitel Arroyo superou todas as expectativas, de localizacao, arquitetura, tamanho do quatro, serviços , comodidades, atendimento, limpeza, ou seja, definitivamente um dos melhores de Buenos Aires, senão o melhor.

Die Lobby, die Bar . Der Empfang, wir mussten 1 Stunde auf das Zimmer waten, wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet!! Eine Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich!!
