It is difficult to park

The king size bed was very nice and roomy. I love the clean room and everything was thought of from enough closet space to having a safe in everyroom.

I wish the breakfast menu would change. It was good but it was the same every morning.

I wanted to pay in cash in Argentinian Pesos as stated in my reservation. When I wanted to do so (checkout) they informed my that it was already paid by Booking. An my Invoice (see atached) says it was paid in CASH????

This hotel is very clean and friendly. It is located in Palermo viejo, which is a great district for restaurants, shopping and drinking. A great base to explore the city.

All the staff were super friendly and my friend and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the Bys Hotel Palermo.

The staff spoke English and was very helpful . The breakfast was good; the bed comfortable and the room clean.

I hated the location. The rooms at the front of the hotel ate quite noisy so I found it difficult to sleep. I did ask for a change of rooms and was moved to the back of the hotel where I slept like a baby The Wifi didn't always work

Mostly clean, just the bed linen had some spots. Location is close to places for nightlife. Staff friendly and speaks English. Ask them for coins for the bus!

Not best location for Palermo or city sights

Very nice modern boutique hotel - think lots of wooden floors and white walls and curtains. Good location, although a slight walk to the hotspots of Palermo Soho. Staff are really friendly, helpful, and speak good English for gringos like me! Breakfast is excellent, and they also have very good quality free wifi throughout the hotel.

A bit noisy as it is close to Cordoba, but not a deal breaker in my opinion.

Really nice and modern hotel with lovely helpful staff. Locations was also brilliant being close enough to all of the cool bars, clubs, restaurants and shops of Palermo. Totally recommend!

Great location in Buenos Aires and close to Palermo area. Great room with really big and comfortable bed, really helpful staff with great recommendations on things to see in the area and best hotel breakfast I had in Argentina during my 3 week vacation.
