Views are awesome

The hotel offered so many wonderful amenities including a full breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, bar, piano player, and beautiful view from our hotel room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was also ideal in that it was a few blocks outside of the main square but easily walkable to all that that Bariloche has to offer.

A shuttle from the airport would have been helpful...but cabs are easy to find.

The hotel is very nice and located about 3 blocks from city center-on lake's shore. Very good breakfeast and nice staff

need washclothes and kleenex in the rooms. often we could smell smoke in our bathroom from the vents.

We have a very mixed review. The hotel itself is wonderful. Great location, beautiful comfortable rooms and awesome pool. Best breakfast of our entire trip. Bariloche is not a town worth visiting but the sites were exceptional. We hiked up to Cerro Campanaria...the view was killer. Also did the circuito chica and stopped to hike along the way.Finally, Cerro Catedral was great....take the gondola up and the hike to the top. Otherworldly magnificance!

We were give the worst "Grand Comfort" room in the hotel. It was on the first floor next to the trash. We have a blocked view of the water and zero air in the room (there is no air conditioning). In fact, when we got there our window was broken so it could not be left open at night. They did fix it but still very little air. We asked for a fan but they had none. Not really smart for such a nice hotel. While the staff was nice I felt that we were give the worst room because we were not Argentine'S. Also, Bariloche is a very unappealing town. However, the sites were awesome so we had a great time outside of town.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the center of city, but on the lake with a private beach and million dollar views. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. The room we had overlooked the lake. It was large, furnished very nicely with a large picture window which opened so we could get the mountain/lake breezes.

Better Internet service.

The pool is awesome. The glass doors open up to a beautiful deck and view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet is large and has many good options.

The room needed air conditioning. It was really hot (90 degrees+ farenheit) and there was only one window.

Excellent view of the lake. Hotels in the center of Bariloche have stopped in the 80'S. Best place to stay is definitely by the lake ! Do not forget to rent a car in order to explore surroundings. - Waiters are very friendly and the swimming pool view is gorgeous.

The view from our room was magnificent! Walking distance to center of town, delicious breakfast buffet plus great italian restaurant almost across the hotel,Bianchi Restaurant, best italian food ever tasted and we have been to Italy. Management , reception area customer service as well as maid service were incline to please and very friendly. We will defintely stay at Cacique Inacayal nest time we visit Bariloche.

The best hotel we had in all of Patagonia Should be rated 5 star Amazing spa, big rooms with beautiful lake view. Water pressure very strong and bath was huge In short - it was perfect and great value for money!!!

On Sunday's the spa opens only at 16;00 pm.

This Hotel is beautiful. You hear at night the waves of the lake, behind the hotel. My Room 211 like all had a bay view to the lake.The service at the Restaurant was good and the service is excellent also the breakfast but for my taste the dinner is of good quality but the cheff is not so good . So I enjoyed visiting other Restaurants. The rental car at the reception desk gave me a good service and it is safe to drive in Bariloche, I felt very comfortable. Forget about tours they are very expensive. I used my 4g Iphone for the gps identification of places and function very well. The map that gave us at the rental agency is good and there are very good identification signs.The gas station it is conviniently located in front of the Hotel. Go to Colonia Suiza, Cerro Tronador,Cerro Campanario, Enjoy a buffet lunch or dinner at Hotel LLau LLau (well dressed) do not forget The "Lago Escondido Trail"and "Puente Romano" at the same place.

Their fast food Resturant is good but The gourmet Restaurant had excellent service but the food was not very good,it is of good quality but for my taste they have better options in the nearbies including the Trattoria Italiana in front of the Hotel. If you rent you will have a lot of choices going to the the LLau LLau side.Also you will find supermarkets and pharmacies within 10 minutes in car at the same side.

Wifi doesn't work properly. Breakfast has the same options everyday.

Super service, Fantastic position

Excellent facilities and service, right on the lake. Bountiful breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious fresh fruit as well as the usual Argentinian fare. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. We booked a standard room, but it was near the street and noisy which disturbed my sleep. Because of this, the staff upgraded us to a superior room facing the lake. It was so quiet, we slept with the windows open and were serenaded by the waves lapping on the shore. The staff was extremely helpful in every way. We highly recommend this hotel!

La arquitectura del hoteL. Está muy bien diseñado. Una vista del lago y ubicación inmejrable

Nos pareció muy limitado el horario de uso de la pileta y anexos. Debería extenderse por lo menos hasta las 23 hs. Y también poner un horario de mañana. Deberia tener mayor flexibilidad el horario de desayuno.
