Excellent facilities and service, right on the lake. Bountiful breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious fresh fruit as well as the usual Argentinian fare. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. We booked a standard room, but it was near the street and noisy which disturbed my sleep. Because of this, the staff upgraded us to a superior room facing the lake. It was so quiet, we slept with the windows open and were serenaded by the waves lapping on the shore. The staff was extremely helpful in every way. We highly recommend this hotel!

The view of the lake and the mountains from the room's window is unbelievably beautiful. Other than that, the room is top class. I have been having problems accessing Hotmail via Internat. Hotel staff could not solve the issue. Also, breakfast is good but not excellent as expected from room's class and price.

The staff is extremely kind and well trained. Both restaurants at the hotel are very good and their prices are quite competitive and even cheaper than other options in town. I stayed with my wife and a daughter 1.7 (19 months) years old. The hotel staff was always willing to give us a hand regarding the needs of our daughter. It made us feel at home. There is only one minor detail. It would be quite convenient if the computers at the Business center were connected to a printer. This is needed not only for business applications but for , for example, to print the boarding pass. In any case, the staff at the reception kindly did the job at no cost.

Su arquitectura,comodidad y excelente ubicación que brinda una hermosa vista para admirar el lago y lo bello del paisaje. Un pequeño descuido,los focos de las la´mparas de los veladores no funcionaban,debieron cambiarlos antes de entregar la habitación.

Excelente hotel, bien atendido, con servicios muy adecuados. Tal vez la carta del restaurante ( minima y sin posibilidades de variantes)no esta a la altura del resto de las instalaciones. Es posible que ello ocurra por la epoca del año en que concurrimos. El desayuno es excelente.
