We had a very good and relaxing stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull, rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is a few blocks away form the Palermo Soho area. Bathroom was very small. |

Excellent botique hotel - rooms are very nicely furnished, breakfast was in a nice cosy part of the hotel, and had a good selection of food, hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. free wifi in our room with good speed. definately recommend this hotel, excellent value for money We got the basic room, and it was quite small, really only just a little bigger than the king bed. Was located a little out of the way, restaurants were a taxi ride away (or in the daytime a 10-15m walk) rather than right downstairs. |

Excellent Hotel, It feels like a home rather than a big chain hotel, free internet, free breakfast, extremely friendly staff. No Complaints from us at all! To be honest there was nothing to complain about with this hotel, I guess if you want that big chain hotel feel then its not for you, but I thought it was fantastic. |

The staff is extremely kind, the room was always clean and everything (heating, hot water) was working perfectly. It is very close to good restaurants and shops in Palermo Soho. |

We had a lovely time. In particular the staff were very helpful and friendly at all times dispite our awful attempts at Spanish! The room was clean and comfortable. |

The bathroom was teensy tiny with barely any counter space. Very hard for two people to each keep their toiletries in the bathroom at the same time. It's described as being in the Palermo section of town. Although technically it is, it is on the outskirts and not real near where we thought it was going to be which is the main reason we chose this hotel. |

Location The Internet connection was extremely slow (I felt like using a 28.8k modem). The plumbing in the hotel was really bad: it produced lots of loud noise whenever someone above used a bathroom. There was no window or ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom was slow and very much inconvenient. |

Very nice boutique hotel, friendly staff, good value, great location, extremely clean, and the ladies that ran the breakfast buffet(which was included) were very sweet. On the internet there were three options for rooms and I chose the superior due to having a jacuzzi/hottub in the room. When we arrived it was a small bathtub with a few jets. Probably was a missunderstanding on my part but the website was a little vague in the description. It was a little noisy due to the fact we had a room that faced the street and a major aveneue. |

Propreté exceptionnelle! Ne pas prendre la chambre numéro 5 car c'est la première chambre et haut lieu de passage pour les autres résidents. Bruyant donc. Espéré aussi ne pas avoir un voisin de l'etage supérieur rentrant à 4 heures du matin accompagné d'une conquête d'un soir très bruyante :-) |

La atención es de muy buena calidad. Hay mucha calidez, lamentamos no haber estado mas tiempo en el hotel propiamente tal, para disfrutar de mejor manera la totalidad de sus instalaciones. |

Me ha gustado que sea una empresa familiar, atendida por sus dueños, ya que son mas amables el desayuno no es buffet, apenas continental.La ubicacion no es palermo, se llama Almagro y es un nivel mas bajo, lo mismo que el hotel, no es de 4 estrellas, lo calificaria como mucho de 3 estrellas.. |
