We had a lovely time. In particular the staff were very helpful and friendly at all times dispite our awful attempts at Spanish! The room was clean and comfortable. |

The bathroom was teensy tiny with barely any counter space. Very hard for two people to each keep their toiletries in the bathroom at the same time. It's described as being in the Palermo section of town. Although technically it is, it is on the outskirts and not real near where we thought it was going to be which is the main reason we chose this hotel. |

Location The Internet connection was extremely slow (I felt like using a 28.8k modem). The plumbing in the hotel was really bad: it produced lots of loud noise whenever someone above used a bathroom. There was no window or ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom was slow and very much inconvenient. |

Very nice boutique hotel, friendly staff, good value, great location, extremely clean, and the ladies that ran the breakfast buffet(which was included) were very sweet. On the internet there were three options for rooms and I chose the superior due to having a jacuzzi/hottub in the room. When we arrived it was a small bathtub with a few jets. Probably was a missunderstanding on my part but the website was a little vague in the description. It was a little noisy due to the fact we had a room that faced the street and a major aveneue. |

La atención es de muy buena calidad. Hay mucha calidez, lamentamos no haber estado mas tiempo en el hotel propiamente tal, para disfrutar de mejor manera la totalidad de sus instalaciones. |

Me ha gustado que sea una empresa familiar, atendida por sus dueños, ya que son mas amables el desayuno no es buffet, apenas continental.La ubicacion no es palermo, se llama Almagro y es un nivel mas bajo, lo mismo que el hotel, no es de 4 estrellas, lo calificaria como mucho de 3 estrellas.. |

La atencion personalizada, como es un hotel muy pequeño, los encargados atienden mejor a los huespedes. Te sientes como en casa. Tambien la decoracion de la habitacion en blanco y negro, cama grande y comoda, el televisor pantalla plana se veia muy bien, la conexion a internet inalambrica fue excelente, nunca se cayo. El baño era un poco pequeño pero muy lindo. Tambien que no se puede fumar. Esta un poco lejos del centro.Pero en este viaje queriamos llegar a Palermo, y por eso reservamos aqui. |
