We decided to mix our stay with a mid trip to El Bolson and the hotel was very good to agree changes In rooms at top of the hotel with no view and stairs from the floor below to take heavy bags

The underground hotel car park has a very, very narrow entrance, even for my small rental car, and help from hotel staff to get in/out was uncertain. The hotel needs to take responsibility for parking guests' cars.

The price was reasonable for being near the center of town. The lobby was pretty and well-kept. The breakfast was simple but good and replenished often...croissants, bread, meat, and cheese, along with hot chocolate, etc. The water pressure was great, with plenty of hot water. We were able to catch a good-sized van into the airport with the desk's help. It seemed as if someone had previously thrown up in our bathroom because there was a pink substance on the wall behind the toilet. The fragrance that they seem to spray the rooms with was over-powering; if you are a person that doesn't do well with perfumes, this would not be the hotel for you! The smell seemed to dissipate with time. The room would get really hot in the mornings and we didn't see a way to adjust the temperature (we were there in the winter), but better warm than cold : ) . We just cracked the window for a time.

La chambre 601 est fantastique et grande, dotée d'une grande salle de bain et d'une bonne douche, des fenêtres sur 2 murs, 2 miroirs, plusieurs prises électriques et beaucoup de commodité. Bon buffet également. A la réception, Rosario est une employée super! Nous aurions apprécié que le personnel masculin à la réception puisse parler ou, du moins, comprendre la langue anglaise.

מלון נחמד הנותן את השירותים שצריך. מיקום טוב מאוד - במרכז. אפשר לשכור רכב במלון, מחירים הוגנים וצוות ישר - בחורה בשם "פרננדה" מאוד מאוד נחמדה ועוזרת בהשכרת רכבים. חדרי המלון קצת ישנים.

muy buena atencion del personal y dueños del hotel tendria que ofrecer un estacionamiento acorde a las necesidades del husped es muy reducido el lugar y a pesar de reservar 4 meses antes llegue y tuve que dejar el auto que era ce ero kilometro (me lo entregaron dos dias antes de viajar)lo tuve lque dejar en la calle hasta que hubo lugar

La ubicación es excelente. A dos calles del Centro Cívico. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, El personal, muy atento. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño. Es difícil para maniobrar.

Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza, la muy buena atención de todo el personal, su predisposición a solucionar cualquier tipo de problemas o preguntas que se les hagan, y la muy buena relación calidad/precio si se lo contrata con anticipación. Algunos problemas con la conexión wi fi del hotel.

Zentrale Lage Zimmer sind so klein, nur das Bett reinpasste. Das erste Zimmer roch nach Schimmel, das zweite war noch kleiner, erst nach Upgrade in höchste Kategorie und nach 2 weiteren Zimmerbesichtigungen hatten wir einZimmer das OK war.
