Rooms are large and uncrowded. It was the worst bed we've slept during our month - and 12 hotels - in Argentina. Hotel is under renovation, I hope they change the mattresses ! |

friendly and welcoming staff, room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get to the falls and to the town either by public bus or taxi.Nice swimming pool to relax at. breakfast bufffet was poor |

Friendly staff and good breakfast spread A bit scruffy (with building work going on) and 'faded'. Also some way out of town though taxis are available |

Wij konden zonder bijbetaling eeen stuk later uitchecken. Ze bieden een goed buffet aan tegen lage prijs. Het was allemaal wat verouderd. Kakkerlak in de badkamer. |

Su ubicación respecto de las actividades que uno va a realizar es buena, situandose sobre la ruta, y entre el centro de la ciudad y las cataratas y aeropuerto. No me gustó en absoluto haber sido hospedado en una habitación en medio de una delegación de adolecentes ruidosos, deberían haberlo previsto y evitado. Por otra parte, la capacidad del personal en resolverlo fue nula, gracias a dios sólo fue una noche !!!! Otra cosa negativa fue el colchón, un manojo de resortes duros y desparejos. |

Wystrój oraz otaczająca przyroda i bogate odgłosy lasu (niepotrzebne radio i telewizor) dajace odnowę psychiczną, wspaniały relaks i nastrój. Uczynnny, komunikatywny personel rozwiązujący wszelkie problemy. Dobra komunikacja autobusowa oraz możliwość transferów na życzenie za przystępną cenę. Obok niepotrzebującego rekomendacji przewspaniałego Parku Narodowego, bardzo przyjazne, spokojne i bezpieczne, pełne sympatycznych ludzi miasteczko Puerto Iguazu z przepięknym widokiem miejsca zbiegu trzech granic, gdzie rzeka Iguazu wpada do Parany. Żyć, nie umierać! Bardzo niewielki wybór czegoś do zjedzenia na śniadanie, a i to co jest serwowane to nic takiego i bardzo słabej jakości, niezbyt smaczne i sztuczne (np. sok). |

El entorno. El mantenimiento del hotel es pobre, desprolijo. Paredes y azulejos manchados con pintura, la cortina de la bañera tenia moho. La piscina estaba muy sucia. No es un 3 estrellas en lo mas minimo. El azucar a usar en el desayuno no era en sobrecitos y estaba llenada de hormigas. La puerta de la habitacion no cerraba bien y al hacer reclamo el personal ya lo sabia y no fue resuelto antes de entregar la llave. |
