Very nice hotel.

Location was good

Noisy Hotel. Air Con was poor.

Nice to visit BA : Located in the microcenter next to many central places

Avoide rooms # 1 and 2 at each fllor because of the noise (lift, stair ...)

Right in Buenos Aires Centre, Close to the Retiro bus terminal. Very close to the Florida street, Paza de Mayo ... Ideal to visit Buenos at good and economical conditions.

Avoid rooms 101, 102 or 201, 202 ou 301, 302 ... they are close to the lifts and noisy.

The localization.

Rooms not clean..bas staff and breakfast. Dont go there the price is too high for what they offer..

The location was good

The rooms werent phonicaly isolated,we had problems sleeping.

Nice hotel, very warm and friendly staff, good breakfast included. I felt comfortable and safe and that was important. Loved Buenos Aires. Would go back to the same hotel.

Don't bother with getting a deluxe room, seemed the same to me as a standard - except for the decor.

Location is perfect, staff is friendly and English speaking. Everything was clean. Bonus is huge breakfast.

Bed was too soft, our room had an window into the wall, so we had no daylight. We were there just for night, but for longer stay that could be a problem.

The location of the Carsson Hotel was fantastic and central to everything. The guys at Reception were very helpful and spoke english and helped with tours etc.

Very old hotel with hardly any renovations. The rooms are dirty: we found red stains in walls and sheets. Old Carpets in the floor.It is also very noisy: The cleaning women wake you up at 7-8 A.m with their walky talkies and vacuum cleaners. Rooms are not sound proof since doors and walls are extremely thin and old. The room's air conditioning does not work. The rooms telephone does not work as well. There is no free wifi and if you want to use the gym (tiny and old gym) they charge you 20 euros per day. I am amazed they consider this hotel a 4 star hotel. It seems like an economic hotel but actually it is really expensive for the services they offer. I paid 60 euros per day for one room. In my country, Spain, I wouldn't pay more than 20 euros per day for this kind of hotel.

Nada funcionava, nem telefone, nem janelas, nem funcionários, e o café da manhã muito fraco.

Localização e Limpeza. Recepcionista do período de 16 as 23 horas. Atencioso, educado e muito prestativo demais deixou a desejar.

Muito barulho de ar condicionado no apartamento em que hospedamos. Aparelhos de Ar condicionado muito arcaicos e barulhentos com pouco efeito, mais parecia um ventilador. Liga-se apenas na Recepção, não tem nenhum controle no quarto não liga, nem desliga e nem diminui ou aumenta a temperatura

Não havia ninguém para levar as malas para o quarto quando chegamos.

O hotel está localizado próximo à Florida. Principal ponto de Buenos Aires para compras e lazer. O serviço de transporte e táxi oferico pelo Hotel foi muito bom.

Um quarto que ficamos, no início estava com cheiro de mofo, mas foi trocado.

La recepción es muy buena, personal muy amable y gentil. El personal maneja muy buena información sobre los tours y paseos en la ciudad. La seguridad y limpieza son excelentes, quedé complacida por mi estancia en este hotel durante mi viaje a Buenos Aires. Los traslados que ofrece el hotel para que te recojan y te lleven al aeropuerto son muy buenos, calidad - precio recomendables.

Como sugerencia pudieran colocar en el lobby un bar mientras se espera para ambientar más el lugar y hacerlo más cálido, sin embargo ha sido excelente todo el trato recibido.

El desayuno es pobre y en general el hotel se ve un poco decadente.

La ubicación estratégica de este hotel, la atencion del personal de recepcion y de limpieza fueron muy cordiales

La habitacion es pequeña y el aire acondicionada no funcionaba pero como no tenia tiempo no pase el reclamo a la recepcion a pesar de que la noche era fresca y no hacia falta esto

La verdad, que no me ha gustado nada. Tuve un inconveniente debido a la manera en la que prestan el servicio y no fueron lo adecuadamente responsables para resolverlo. No lo recomiendo como hotel.

El servicio y la falta de compromisos para atender a los pasajeros. Por inconvenientes en su servicio perdí unas reserva que había realizado. Dentro la contratación vía booking, no hay servicio de internet. La despreocupación por parte del hotel en resolver la mala prestación del servicio. No lo recomiendo.
