Hotel is well located, bed was confortable, quiet in the room.
Room at good rates don't have view outside (wall), seems that staffs don't like their jobs... Room needs upgrade, air cond are old and noisy. You can get much better for the price elsewhere.
Location close to shopping and airport.
Web photos exaggerated size of hotel. Rooms and lift quite small.
The location of the hotel centrally located easy access to all shops. Hotel very neat and clean staff very helpful and friendly. My stay there was short but enjoyable. Thank You
The entrance and the lobby
The elevators and the bed is narrow
Excellent location. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Very clean.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Not having secured a large bed as requested, and being placed on a very small room, I was offered after the first night an upgrade to a Suite for US $19, still no large bed. The room although spacious and one of the few with the view to the run down street below, had battered up furniture. Pictures of the hotel are deceiving; I am sure it had better days way back. I would spend a bit more next time.
Welcoming and helpful staff and tranquil ambiance.
Difficult to fault at this value
Very central location, helpful and efficient staff.
Wifi and breakfast were not included - had to pay extra. Breakfast was quite basic.
I have been staying at this hotel since the 1990's - introduced by a palaeontologist who noted that it was the place that all of us fossil-affecinatos stay. And it is!
There was nothing that I disliked.
Location Old style
Room too small Lifts not good Looks tired needs up grade Little English spoken
Nice and clean hotel with good staff. Breackfast very good. Very good location in Microcentro of Buenos Aires. Just next to Florida Street.
WiFi only working for one equipment per room.
Very good condition building
The mornings were a bit noisy because of other passengers and the cleaning staff.
Very nice atmosphere, good showers, and options for mini bars, good location. Free, secure luggage storage. Can schedule tours with hotel.
Mini bars are expensive, basic laundry service is outrageously priced, internet needs a separate code per device.
Amazing location, right near the shopping and malls area. Short taxi ride to most touristy places
Old room and bathroom needs updating
it is well located
room was not ready in time for check in and I had to wait for three hours, personell is not very kind/professional and instalations seems to be not really clean. WiFi is not working
The location of the hotel and the breakfast.
very noisy room. Noise from some sort of air duct just out side my window kwpt going all night.
room smelled of smoke. they are allowed to smoke in their rooms.
Very central for tourists, however giving the current abandonment of the Buenos Aires Microcentro when you first arrive it doesn't look to be in a great area, which is not the case. It fits for the purpose of a good value for money.
Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff.
Shower needed upgrading and aircondition was very noisy.
Unhelpful money grabbers
