Great service, very comfortable hotel.

Everything was great

The concept and decoration of the rooms, together with the comfort provided was very good. Reception staff was very efficient (especially Rodrigo)

Breakfast area was too tight and the quality of the breakfast could be improved.

The staff was extremely helpful and location was great. The room was clean and modern.

A little pricey.

Staff were great - left us a bottle of champage for our honeymoon and were always willing to help. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi and spa facilities. Would definitely go back!

The Micro centro is a bit noisy and smelly, but is a great base to explore the city. The hotel is a lovely haven in a busy area!

The staff was very warm and friendly and did their utmost to answer my queries and to comply with my requests. As for breakfast the standard is continental only however the hotel is willing to offer a special menu, should the geust's request will be emailed in advance.

Probably one of the most surprising hotels we've ever visited. Excellent room, very spacious. Super friendly staff that helped us enjoy Buenos Aires to the maximum. Excellent breakfast in our room. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The only minor issue we had was the pre-payment through credit card, which meant paying cash at the location wasn't possible - even though it would have been better for both parties.

1- I wonder why they lock the entrance door ! once I came back to hotel 6 in the morning and I had to wait beyond the door in the street for 5 minutes till somebody comes and open the door and when the guy came, he didn't recognize me and on the phone he told me no, you don't have a room here and he didn't want to let me enter untill I showed him my room card ! 2- Breakfast doesn't have a good variety.

The shower was not working properly. We mentioned it twice to the housekeeper and nothing happens.

Staff was really good and friendly, very clean and cozy rooms.

I would advise to close toilet area more from the rest of the room. And probably to change glass doors, i run into it at night and it was quite painful.

The hotel offered free Wifi with excellent connection strength, so suited my business/ travel needs perfectly. The jacuzzi and shower were fantastic! For breakfast, homemade freshly baked bread and pastries were offered and were absolutely delicious. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially when providing directions.

I booked a taxi to the airport for a specific time in advance, but staff seemed to have forgotten about it and I had to wait for 10min in reception. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden and I walked past it twice and only found it after a very kind passer-by practically guided me there. They need a more prominent sign outside.

I loved this hotel, room was excellent, very good internet connection, friendly staff, we were very pleased.

We liked everything, the position is great, the hotel was beautiful and staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming.

This is perhaps one of the BEST 2 or 3 hotels I have ever stayed in! Outstanding rooms, facilities, common spaces and services! All people who work there are very professional, very friendly and just wonderful. They appear to be genuinely happy to be working there, they are very friendly and they make you feel that you are at home! Location is great: you can access several good places in Buenos Aires on foot. Otherwise, our stay there has been very relaxing and comfortable and we enjoyed every moment in Casa Calma!

The hotel room was beautifully designed and very clean. It instantly relaxed me. The staff were super friendly and always went beyond what one might expect of hotel staff. The food was great in the morning too.

The Casa Calma is absolutely perfect, or perfecto as the Argentinians say. We have stayed in hotels in over 60 countries and this was truly one of the loveliest. It's fresh and spacious and clean--an eco-friendly designer hotel. The location is perfect--easy walking distance to just about anything and a couple blocks from a subway station. The front desk is, without a doubt, the most helpful we've ever experienced. They were very knowledgeable and almost anxious to help us with everything from calling a cab to getting tickets to Colonia to finding a golf course. They made our holiday so much easier. The vertical walls of growing plants added such a special touch--making the most of the space and cleaning the air in the process. Can you tell we loved it? Truly a hidden gem. Don't hesitate for a minute. Book it!

Gostamos de tudo! A localização é ótima, no microcentro e com fácil acesso para todos os pontos de interesse da cidade. Os quartos são extremamente limpos e aconchegantes, com destaque para as comodidades de relaxamento, como a ótima banheira de hidromassagem e os produtos em geral. Merece destaque também o perfeito atendimento da equipe do hotel, que em todos os momentos buscava o nosso bem estar. O café da manhã no quarto é servido com muito capricho, vale a pena!
