The hotel is amazing in all aspects. Especially the team that was extremanente helpful. The breakfast is not good. The room is comfortable but small for the price.

Staff was friendly, helpful, informative, efficient and gracious. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend a stay at Casa Sur on your next visit to BA.

The combination of affordable luxury plus the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made our stay perfect. Not really a complaint but the hotel does not have views or balconies.

Dos serviços, atenção do pessoal, educação. A localização é muito boa também. Café da manhã muito bom. O espaço para guardar as roupas é um pouco reduzido.

Localização excelente, os funcionários muito atenciosos, preocupados, enfim eu recomendo é um hotel muito bom. O tour oferecido pelo hotel é excelente! O hotel somente peca na reposição dos itens de banheiro, fiquei 4 dias e não foi reposto.

Les suites devraient être ce qui a de mieux dans un hotel. Et elles sont tres obscures, je ne reviendrais jamais dans cette hotel, une des pires chambres que jai eu dans ma vie....

A localização, estar na Recoleta é ótimo. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O city tour oferecido pelo hotel foi muito bom. O guia Raul se mostrou muito atencioso e bem informado sobre os fatos históricos da cidade, recomendo. Não recebemos resposta por quanto ao serviço de translado do aeroporto.

Le personnel de la réception , le personnel au petit déjeuner le confort du lit. Le bruit de la rue est trop présent dans la chambre, double vitrage inefficace nous étions au 6 eme étage et il était très difficile de dormir , il y a d' autres chambres sur l'arrière me semble- t- il mais de tout façon les chambres n'étant pas insonorisée nous entendions également très bien la télévision de la chambre juste à côté .

Me encantó la ubicación, la cercanía a muchos lugares interesantes a los que se puede acceder caminando, la atención del personal que fue muy amable y solícito, el restaurant que tiene unos ravioli difíciles de olvidar. Que el servicio de spa estuviera cerrado por mantención y que no pude tomar un masaje por falta de disponibilidad de horas.
