Location is realy good
Heathing was not working properly everyday and there is no hairdryer as promissed.
This is the second time I stay there. Overall, it is a great deal.
Internet did not work at all! All the rest was ok.
This hotel is in the microcentre so within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants in Calle Florida. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main city centre and tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and adequate but not luxurious. They offer cheap accommodation in a big city.
Hard to get linen replaced at times. Staff would take towels and not replace them. Minor irritant. Wifi rarely worked in room but usually did in reception at least for short spurts. The footpaths around this area need repair and are small so care needed when walking. Look down!
the hotel is decadent. the furniture is falling to pieces. the fan caught fire and then pulled out the shovels. the room don`t have air conditioned neither freedge (i ask the staff about that and they said the guests didn`t pay by comsumption - so why not keep the freedge emty?). the breakfast just have burned breads. terrible.
Patchy WiFi. Bad if you are on business
No wifi Breakfast
Basement breakfast. Ancient Elevator.
Central location. Excellent rooms for the price we paid.
The staff were very helpful.
The room was very hot and the fan did not work. We could enter other rooms with our keys.
The location was great and the price more than reasonable.
The place was run down and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Overall, the place is shabby and falling apart. Although if you're just looking for a cheap place to crash, it's worthwhile.
Location is very good. Staff was OK.
Our room was very loud (A/C machinary from outside). Wi-fi was poor. Breakfast was not charming...
The staff were helpful and friendly.
We booked into Catalinas suites but the aircon was down when we arrived so they gave us the option of moving to their sister hotel around the corner. Besides the general smell of the foyer and the strong smell of cigarettes I our bedroom it was fine for the price.
The staff was very friendly. Especially the day working man in the reception who helped me with lots of things.
The room was clean enough, but found hair in bed that weren't mine.
Vero good location, Rich breakfast.
Lift often busy, adjusting air conditioning is impossibile.
staff helped us a lot with some little problems we faced and the location is near everything
I think they could provide an universal adapter for sockets and also a fridge, once the hotel doesn't provide meals besides the breakfast
It is close to center.
Very old furniture. Very dusty, old and grey in the looby although the room looked a little better (cleaner).
Muy buena opcion, very good option.
Closest economy hotel we could find to the Buquebus terminal. Good location for old port area in general (good for photos of BA skyline!), and for Retiro train station. Main shopping street is a few blocks away uphill. Classic-style lifts with manual doors added some character. Something like an old hotel in an old building that someone has tried to make more upmarket with a modern refit. (Evidence of old unused (gas?) fittings painted over, for example.) Front desk was helpful and polite, buffet breakfast in the basement was fine.
The room a little dark, perhaps. Nothing to complain about for the price.
Good location if you go to a show in Luna Park stadium. Very close to puerto madero.
It didn't have any heating system, which would have been really useful because buenos aires is a very cold city plus it was raining and all my stuff was completely soaked!
the room key cards didin't work most nights, basic breakfast with some things already finished when you get there and not so clean coffee cups
