Breakfast was excellent, the Hotel is quite large, and has a great swimming pool. The dining room was really big and was in excellent condition and appearance. The hotel was situated between the town centre and the waterfalls. I went to the town centre a lot on the local bus for 5 pesos. The hotel was also close to the bird zoo and Aripuca ancient Indian tree-house which had an excellent store for souvenirs and local gems and stones as well as local Indian made crafts. The english knowledge of the front-desk was not strong, had problems with my TV, dinner was expensive, had problems with my credit card when I was checking out and front-desk did not know how to contact VISA in Argentina to resolve the issue. Had to go 200m to another hotel and taxi outside wanted to charge minimum 10 pesos which is the price to the town centre, just to go 200m, and it was not a fair price. |

like everywhere in Argentina the hotel is quite noisy, the air conditioning system and the nearby road make it difficult to relax.. but its an hotel to go to the waterfalls not to do a relax holiday |

Good location, easy distance to town centre and Iguazu Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was old and in need of re-furbish. Breakfast was a little on the sad side. |

Clean, good service, and enough staff as a 5star, but everything is old. Wireless internet was available only in the lobby. There was not a television in the room. It doesn't matter because I don't watch TV so often. But the "TV stand without tv" room was disappointing. |

This hotel is shocking.......how could you possibly rate this as a 5 star establishment.....it certainly detracts from the credibility of booking.com |

This hotel is suited for the International traveller and Argentinian alike. There is impressive facilities such as tennis, pool and mini-golf. A highlight for us was the reasonably priced massage treatment facility. The hotel is well situated in relation to the Iguazu Falls and town (although the town is tiny and does not really cater for tourists). From my experience, this is a 3. Our room overlooked the pool area and was quite noisy. The noise levels got worse on Sat night when at 10:00PM until about 12:00PM there was a band playing tango music outside which was extremely loud. I'd recommend bringing along ear plugs if you want to sleep when the band is playing - or just accept it as a Latino thing and go outside and join in on the fun. |

A huge confortable bed. Price/quality is very good. 3 swimming pools available, play area (snooker, table tennis, paddle, ...). Spa looked really tempting and brand new. Evening restaurant dinner is expensive for what it is, but the snack bar offers the room service menu next to it for a much lower price. Rooms are a bit out dated. It is not yet a 5 star hotel. |

breakfast, cleanliness like many hotels at this place it is a hotel for short term visits, as a hotel of the 70ties the best times for this hotel have been gone - i would classify it as a fair *** hotel with an acceptable value for money. |

Nicely renovated hotel, quite luxurious. Big room with 2 queen size beds, good bathroom, many TV channels with free movie channels in English. Wonderful swimming pool with waterfalls, a SPA, a 1100 meter nice path through the jungle behind the soccer field. Great breakfast. Best hotel in town, I think. if you are sensitive to sounds, ask for a room in the back as the ones on the front and side have traffic noise from the busy road between city and falls/airport |

Clean, with extremely clean bathrooms. Also the included breakfast buffet is quite good. The hotel and its rooms are in serious need of updating. Reminds me of budget hotels that I stayed in as a child in the early 1980s. |

The swimmingpool was good with a lot of space and a nice garden. I think, it was like a good 3 star hotel, but not more. The room was very spacious but some things look old. The fitness room was in a poor condition, as well the table tennis and the billard. The dinner was ok, but overpriced |

The hotel/resort was clean and the room was big. The food in the restaurant was good and not expensive. Great fixed 3 course meal, and wonderful buffet breakfast included. Wish it had a coin operated laundry on site. |

On arrival, the desk man spent a quarter hour with us, explaining touroptions, and was patient and charming. Immediately, we felt at ease. At the spa, two of us enjoyed the hot stone massage, delightful and quite reasonable. During the massage, my wife who is a therapist herself, said that the sound of the stones in a tray ought to be avoided, to keep the environment serene. All else there was delightful. |

My wife and I liked the location, which is fairly close to the town and not so far away from the main attraction, Iguazu Falls. We also liked the back-yard facilities (e.g., the pool, tennis courts, spa, etc.). Since we were on a budget, we also liked the sort of public transportation (I believe, it's called Practical Bus) that we used to get around the area: it saved us quite a lot of money. It seemed like the hotel was not well maintained: it has nice features, nice rooms even, but everything seem to be in a second-hand state. E.g., even if the rooms are clean and supposed to be luxurious, the furniture is run-down, the doors squeek, etc. It's like it was built with five stars in mind, but it is maintained to keep it at no more than three stars. |

Obviously not the stated five stars but definitely a pleasant hotel to stay, with nice desk staff, large clean rooms and pretty good service. There are always some minor details we would do different, but that's more a question of culture I guess. |
