Some of the staff seem to be a bit cranky in the morning and the afternoon if you show up for coffee... And the people that usually serve breakfast are not very social.
Also, I did ask for some more toilet paper twice that never came.
I didn't like the fact that most of them (not the ones working at the reception) do not speak English. It's Buenos Aires, central Buenos Aires and it's a very good hotel. I'm sure they have visitors from all over the world. Not cool.
I liked the reception staff, the breakfast served, the rooms are very cute too. Plus the fact that there is a gym on the 9th floor. Also, separate wifi in every floor is a plus, and the location is amazing if you are visiting Buenos Aires for the first time or you have work/errands to run downtown !
