Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa    

the facilities are luxury, the food is very delicious, the boss and staff are very nice and charming. Living there, I am an unique guest welcomed and recognized by all the staff.

We had a fantastic stay. The stuff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very comfortable, and very clean. It's located right at a little bay on the lake.

Resort is basic but prices are luxury. Spa bath didn't work. Restaurant had no atmosphere. Dinner for New Years Eve was fixed price usd180! On check out they tried to charge an additional $500 which was not incurred. Room fee was significantly more than stated by Expedia on booking.

I liked the personalised and friendly attention from the staff. They do go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and (unlike others hotels of this price tag) they do not seem to be trying to squeeze money out of you for everything.

One of the most incridible hotels I've stayed at in my life. Location is epic. Service is great. The hotel is managed by its owner, Alberto, who lives at the hotel and ensures every thing is going great. All the three receptionists were perfect. You will not regret your stay there.

The entry off the main road is scary/dangerous.

The hotel is in a unique location on top of a steep rocky outcrop overlooking the lakes and a beach. From the outside, it looks magnificent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the food was incredible. The linen on the beds was extremely high quality, and very luxurious.

The room we were allocated to felt like a dungeon. It was below the kitchen and the main restaurant, and didn't really have a view. We could hear noises and footsteps until quite late at night. There are other rooms in the hotel that have better views and are away from the noise, but the price increase makes other hotels in the area a better deal. Keep looking around, there are many top rated hotels in the area.

The staf is incredibly helpfut. What you expect from a top class 5 star hotel. The rooms are spaceious, and with all the facilities like a jakuzi, steambath and sauna. The breakfast is realy nice, even when you come after 10 in the morning.We travelled Argentina for a month and stayed in 5 star hotels, this hotel was the best of our trip.

Beautiful, relaxing lodge with a perfect location on the water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the private in-room spas are perfect. The accommodations are first-class and pristine.

Fantastic panoramic view from our room, terrace, restaurant and the garden.Close to the town Bariloche- 7km. Excellent facilities- private sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. Swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, terrace and lovely garden. Green grass, plants and lovely trees, all very well kept. Very friendly and competent staff, always willing to go extra way to make your stay even better. Good restaurant with excellent view. Good location, overlooking a long beach, on the top of the rock, easy access to the beach. Bus stop outside.All fabulous!!!

The location was ideal with a quiet, private room. The restaurant provided wonderful meals with a very nice view of the lake. The entire staff was helpful and assisted to our trip's details. They suggested wonderful places to visit and made reservations for us. The room's spa facilities were delightful after long day's of activities.

Todo, la verdad que el lugar es excelente, el trato 10 puntos, la comida riquisima, y sin duda, el desayuno es uno de los mejores que conoci!!

La falta de pileta cubierta.

Tudo foi absolutamente perfeito, da recepção com um gostoso chocolate quente ao chegarmos, passando pelo excelente atendimento de Javier (que nos auxiliou na escolha de todos os nossos roteiros), até o conforto indescritível da nossa acomodação e à paisagem fantástica que registramos em muitas fotos! Parabéns!

O melhor da pousada está do lado de fora. A vista é maravilhosa, pena que não haja qualquer privacidade nos quartos e as cortinas tenham que ficar fechadas todo o tempo, a não ser que vc seja um exibicionista. No primeiro dia nos colocaram em um quarto muito mal localizado, onde as pessoas passeavam e viam tudo o que passava lá dentro. Além disso, a noite foi terrível, pois o split era muito barulhento. Cabe registrar que no vídeo da própria Pousada não existe suíte de luxe com spa privativo naquele local, mas tão-somente do lado esquerdo da recepção. Assim, pedimos para trocar de quarto e fomos atendidos apenas no dia seguinte. No novo quarto, tivemos mais um aborrecimento, o split não aquecia e não havia manutenção no horário noturno (eram aproximadamente 21:00h). Diante disso, pedi que acendesse a lareira para não congelarmos, aí ao invés disso, derretemos a madrugada toda. Mais uma noite mal dormida. No dia seguinte, antes de sair para um passeio, tive que pedir à recepção que providenciasse o conserto do split, pois com lareira seria difícil dormir novamente. Ao retornar, percebi que o split continuava quebrado e disseram que tinham aquecido a caldeira para que o quarto ficasse mais quente, o que de fato ocorreu, ficou um forno. O horário do café da manhã era às 08:00, mas todos os dias, sem exceção, a mesa do Buffet não estava arrumada. O fato é que às 08:00 começavam a montar o café da manhã e acabava por volta da 08:15h. Isso também gera descontentamento, pois os passeios nos pegam por volta das 08:30/09:00 na Pousada. Se não tem competência para servir o café da manhã às 08:00, que mude o horário pra às 09:00 ou para às 10:00h, mas que se respeite o horário. Para finalizar, gostaria de dizer que frequento hotéis há anos e este “hotel” não passa de uma Pousada com uma vista maravilhosa. A conta vem somente em pesos argentinos, o que dificulta na hora da verificação, pois fiz a reserva com os preços em dólar.

Es excelente. La idea de contar con jacuzzi, spa húmedo y spa seco dentro de la habitación es un punto sobresaliente. El lugar en que se encuentra frente al lago otro, y lo mejor de todo la atención del personal. Más allá de las excursiones y paseos por la zona, hay que dedicarle un día completo a quedarse en el hotel sin salir para poder aprovechar todo lo que las instalaciones brindan, desayuno, spa, Restaurant, vistas al lago......
