We enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast and the location of the Hotel. It is just around the corner from Florida street which is the main shopping street. I was concerned about the difference in size of the rooms. We had a very large lovely room however my sisters room was quite small and yet she paid the same price. I think that you should be more open about the difference and actually charge less for the smaller room. |

Close to Florida for shopping and business hub.. Internet access very good, breakfast great. Bathroom is very small. Room service slow. Guests should be warned about the general safety of the town, especially pick pocketing. |

the staff were great, the food was good, rooms were comfortable, locality great for shopping In the time i was there last week at least 4 people came in that had been pick pocketed ( inlcuding myself at Palermo). i think that it would be simple for the reception staff and concierge to warm people about this modus operandi. (squirt you and offer to clean) it is shocking. |

The staff were in general most accomodating. We were not happy with the room initially given to us as it was too small. Eventually we were given a larger room but it did take a day or two to organise. Breakfast was very good. The bar area was a bit old fashioned in its decor but still agreeable |

The staff in reception are among the most helpful I have encountered anywhere in the world, really putting themselves out on several occasions to help guests enjoy their stay in the city. Unfortunately, the bar staff were painfully and deliberately slow in serving drinks at a time when the bar was not busy. It is a great shame, because we will not return to what was otherwise a very good hotel. |

Hotel In immediate vicinity of downtown BA, equiped with a nice pool and comfortable deckchairs. Hotel has a cosy lounge with comfy chairs and extended cocktail menu. Despite the location the rooms are quite because there excellent isolation. The somewhat small bathroom is providing all kinds of comfort and is equiped with a powerfull shower. Our first given room had a bed with a wornout mattress, but as soon as available we were upgraded to one of the suites. |

Location is excellent. Free WiFi internet. I stayed 4 times there during 1 month and felt very secure leaving luggage in their storage each time. |

Good location and conservative drcour English style. The added 21% tax made your prices questionable compared to a nearby 4* hotel. The old fashioned control knobes in bathroom made water temparature adjustments inconvenient and unrepeatable when shower was used. An additional hand-shower is strongly recommended. |

6 hour laundry service, excellend bar, good breakfast spread, car service to airport, well spoken English, good restaurant, centrally located bar was stated as open until 0100 but was closed when we returned thirstily from Montevideo ferry around mignight. Also closed upon return from Gala Tango aroung 2300. Disappointing that was to us. |

The reception staff and concierge were really helpful with organising a city tour, booking a tango show, as well as organising a car to take us to and from both International and Domestic airports. Always friendly, and spoke excellent English as well. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice, and the swimming pool / sun terrace was nice, althoguh small. The decor in the rooms were a little dated, but the room was clean, and the shower was amazing, powerful and hot. |

The hotel was advertised as 5 star. There is no way this is a five star hotel. |
