Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool area was very relaxing when weather was good. Bathrooms badly designed- too small for the furniture it contained.Requested double bed - room allocated had singles - option offered with double was dark and very small. |

The downtown location was an asset for shopping and walking. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. |

The staff were very friendly and professional, the room very comfortable - I especially liked that all the toiletry necessities were provided (incl. Toothbrush and razor), which saved me a quick trip to the store, the breakfast was also very nice, the car service to the airport was also excellent I went down to the bar area hoping for a cup of tea, but nobody ever asked me what I wanted, so after about 15 minutes I left |

Concierge staff was outstanding. All staff were cheerful and made us feel welcome. Rooms in desperate need of updating. Very small with no comfortable chair/sofa. We chose the hotel because of the advertised fitness center that was too re open on 9/1. The day after we arrived we learned it would be 10/1 and that was a disapointment. |

Service, location, room, breakfast Business centre facilities are really outdated, I would say, prehistoric. Modern PCs and laser printers are mandatory for a hotel pretends to be a 5-stars one |

the claridge had a pleasant atmosphere, good location and friendly staff hotel needs an urgent upgrade and the breakfast could have been much better, bathroom was very small (instead of bath tub a shower/ dusche would have been ok) |

We enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast and the location of the Hotel. It is just around the corner from Florida street which is the main shopping street. I was concerned about the difference in size of the rooms. We had a very large lovely room however my sisters room was quite small and yet she paid the same price. I think that you should be more open about the difference and actually charge less for the smaller room. |

Close to Florida for shopping and business hub.. Internet access very good, breakfast great. Bathroom is very small. Room service slow. Guests should be warned about the general safety of the town, especially pick pocketing. |

the staff were great, the food was good, rooms were comfortable, locality great for shopping In the time i was there last week at least 4 people came in that had been pick pocketed ( inlcuding myself at Palermo). i think that it would be simple for the reception staff and concierge to warm people about this modus operandi. (squirt you and offer to clean) it is shocking. |

The staff were in general most accomodating. We were not happy with the room initially given to us as it was too small. Eventually we were given a larger room but it did take a day or two to organise. Breakfast was very good. The bar area was a bit old fashioned in its decor but still agreeable |

very nice hotel , we stayed there for couple times ,and the stuffs are very helpful too..will come back again.The only hotel i will choose to stay in Buenos Aires!!!!! The best location.....Great breakfast! |
