Great upgrade to the suite (a little old but classic style, amazing views and tons of space), great breakfast buffet. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel is falling apart. This was my 5th stay in 10 years. Cobblestones in front are a mess. Walls in rooms need to be cleaned and or painted. New beds are needed. More staff is needed. There was one man doing security and bell hopping. A couple of years ago, you had three or four people doing the jobs that this one man was doing. i felt ery bad for him and I did not feel safe returning to the hotel at night. This is no longer a 5 Star hotel.

The Claridge Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to much of Buenos Aires. Large room with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Nice bar with old wood, and a great buffet breakfast. Good business center to run email and confirm and print airline documents.

While the Claridge Hotel was obviously luxurious in its day, it needs some updating. The carpet in our room was stained and buckled, and the plumbing was quite worn and made loud noises. The doorman hardly ever opened the door for us, and the staff was lukewarm.

Alex at the desk who (in the end) told us to take a taxi to the hotel at their expense due to included transfer no-show & also gave us an upgrade to a suite & free transfer to port next day; which went a long way to make up for hours waiting.

Included airport transfer never turned up despite several phone calls to hotel who assured us they were either there or on their way.

Elevators are not working and they obviously dont care.For whole hotel there was just 1 inactive elevator.Wifi was terrible.actually it's not a 5* hotel,maybe 3.5*...

The welcoming drinks and the free upgrade they gave us to a very nice and spacious suite, perfect way to commemorate our 1rst wedding anniversary!

The location was in the centre of the city close to Florida Street and within walking distance of most attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast excellent.

the driver hotel was suppose to pick me up from the airport and didnt show up and I was after a 13 hours flight+4 hours to get out from the airport very dissepointing

The breakfasts were good for a free breakfast. The restaurant was nice and cozy as was the bar.

The room smelled of mold & had a dirty carpet. Only one elevator worked & we had to wait 10 minutes so ended up using the stairs.

Staff were excellent, the location very good and we loved the pool.

The fact that the pool does not open until 11 am is not convenient.

Good food. Good rooms. Friendly staff. Well priced.
