Bra mottagande, bla i form av transfer från flygplatsen till hotellet. Vi gillade den koloniala stilen på hotellet och sedan låg det också mkt centralt. |

Professionell och servicevänlig personal i reception och lobby. Läget mitt i city och ändå ingen störande ljudnivå Mycket bra frukost. Betald shuttle vid ankomst fungerade inte, men detta kompenserades vid avresan utan något tjafs. Något långsam servering i baren. |

Friendliness and assistance of staff including providing early breakfast and allowing us to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we travelled Room run down, bathroom includes plastic curtains, this is not practical and hygenic. |

We were to be picked up at 7:30 am, and asked if the Breakfast Buffet could be opened a few minutes early. Thanks for working with us, it also was a great Buffet. |

In general the hotel was very nice. Located for easy shopping and resturants. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate. The air condiditioning did not work. This hotel would be very uncomfortable during the summer! |

Central location, although the center of Buenos Aires is increasingly run down. But that is not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself is nice, elegant but not in an ostentatious way. Rooms are small, but well appointed. The bar is pleasant, its musical cocktail hour a nice perk. The business center is small but free of charge. The staff is nice. The architecture is beautiful. The service at the bar could be a little faster. The business center is often out of paper to print documents. The rooms are not properly insulated and I could hear my neighbour coughing every morning, which woke me up. |

The attitude of the front desk staff The breakfast - some of the staff can not speak English, nor do they understand. The buffet spread was not consistent. Some mornings standard items that they had on other mornings was not available! |

I loved that the pool area was nearly sound proof to the noise of the city. The proximity to shopping was excellent. The arcitecture was devine! The computers worked well and usually had at least one available. The double room we occupied was too tight to be able to get out of bed on both sides. There was no room to sit in the room and eat or drink wine as we sometimes like to do. Our booking was made through Booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. Luckily, they made room for us. |

I liked very much the outside view of the hotel and location. Hall is very beautiful, but there are no arrnchairs to have a rest and it's uncomfortable. |

Room was extremely quiet from road noise even though faced the road. Dinners at the restaurant were absolutely superb: I don't normally eat at the hotel restaurant but did for all three nights here. Breakfast juice was a bit watery. Location is a bit seedy at nights. |
