Friendliness and assistance of staff including providing early breakfast and allowing us to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we travelled

Room run down, bathroom includes plastic curtains, this is not practical and hygenic.

We were to be picked up at 7:30 am, and asked if the Breakfast Buffet could be opened a few minutes early. Thanks for working with us, it also was a great Buffet.

In general the hotel was very nice. Located for easy shopping and resturants. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate.

The air condiditioning did not work. This hotel would be very uncomfortable during the summer!

Everyone was most helpful and pleasant. The location was good, close to walk to many sights.

Central location, although the center of Buenos Aires is increasingly run down. But that is not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself is nice, elegant but not in an ostentatious way. Rooms are small, but well appointed. The bar is pleasant, its musical cocktail hour a nice perk. The business center is small but free of charge. The staff is nice. The architecture is beautiful.

The service at the bar could be a little faster. The business center is often out of paper to print documents. The rooms are not properly insulated and I could hear my neighbour coughing every morning, which woke me up.

The attitude of the front desk staff

The breakfast - some of the staff can not speak English, nor do they understand. The buffet spread was not consistent. Some mornings standard items that they had on other mornings was not available!

The polite and helpful staff who were extremely courteous at all times

Yes - More comfortabe seatng in a separate lounge away from the bar area would have been nice.

The massage was terrible. They need to fix the hotel, it's showing it's age.

I liked very much the outside view of the hotel and location.

Hall is very beautiful, but there are no arrnchairs to have a rest and it's uncomfortable.
