Conveniently situated

Very small rooms for 5 star hotel. Was expecting a little more of a luxurios stay compared with comparable hotels half the price in close walking distance

The downtown location was an asset for shopping and walking. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

the hotel is tired, the pool was empty, the room was in poor shape - very disappointing

For a first time visitor to Buenos Aires this was the perfect hotel - service, location - staff helpfullness - will recommend to friends

The staff were very friendly and professional, the room very comfortable - I especially liked that all the toiletry necessities were provided (incl. Toothbrush and razor), which saved me a quick trip to the store, the breakfast was also very nice, the car service to the airport was also excellent

I went down to the bar area hoping for a cup of tea, but nobody ever asked me what I wanted, so after about 15 minutes I left

Business centre facilities are really outdated, I would say, prehistoric. Modern PCs and laser printers are mandatory for a hotel pretends to be a 5-stars one

We enjoyed being in the heart of BA. ALso, nice, helpful staff.

The bathroom was very small and hard to move around in.

We enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast and the location of the Hotel. It is just around the corner from Florida street which is the main shopping street.

I was concerned about the difference in size of the rooms. We had a very large lovely room however my sisters room was quite small and yet she paid the same price. I think that you should be more open about the difference and actually charge less for the smaller room.

the staff were great, the food was good, rooms were comfortable, locality great for shopping

In the time i was there last week at least 4 people came in that had been pick pocketed ( inlcuding myself at Palermo). i think that it would be simple for the reception staff and concierge to warm people about this modus operandi. (squirt you and offer to clean) it is shocking.
