We were really impressed with one of your members of staff. He was dealing with the luggage and also helped us with a adapter plug and printing out some information in the business centre Dont know his name - possibly Scandinavian - was definitely working Tuesday 30th April Not in reception Very very helpful Claridge Hotel is nothing to do with Claridges hotel in London so we booked it thinking it would be the same 5 star quality. However it seems the hotel needs a lot of refurbishment - very shabby rooms

I stayed at Claridge Hotel several years ago on my last visit to Buenos Aires and had very good memories of it. I liked it just as much this time. The location is perfect, it is very comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We will be staying there again from April 26th to 30th, 2012, before returning to California. Thank you, Charles Bonner and Ilse Wolf I would like to see better, more comfortable beds.

The Hotel has some charme of past times. The Claridge is by far not a 5Star hotel. May be 3 - 4 stars. Lacking maintenance over all. The location in a red light district one must like.

I liked the location and the fact it had its own gym and sauna together with a outdoor swimming made it a perfect choice.The staff were very helpful and the breakfast just great. The bedrooms need updating as I had a lot of damp patches on the wall and ceiling.

Very friendly staff. Delicious coffee, deliciuos breakfast, and guick service. Near Florida Street, which is a main street. Bumper to bumper people, day and night. I was surprise to see a lot of police around. Hotel told me to be careful. A lot of people on Florida street trying to exchange, don't trust them. Go to the bank for a better rate. There is a rug in the front of the hotel that is buckled. I tripped and fell over the rug and bruised my hand and broke the screen on my camera. The staff gave me ice for my hand. The manager contacted a doctor, who relieved my concern that although my hand was black and blue, nothing was broken and the brusing would go away in about a week. Which it did. I returned later that night to the hotel, and the same rug was still there and still buckled. I pointed it out and the staff just shugged it off.

The kindness , efficiency and availability of the staff especially at the reception desk , very friendly and cooperative. The rooms and bathroom need to be revamped and modernized. Flat screen. Laundry service should be improved

Great location, friendly staff, clean, and charming. The breakfasts on Saturday (Feb 11) and Sunday (Feb 12) from 0930 until about 1030 were chaotic. The hotel was unable to deal effectively with the crowd -- food was in short supply and access to limited seating was improperly managed.

The staff were particularly helpful. On the last day we had a v early departure, and even though the kitchen was not open theylaid on breakfast for us with tea,coffee and croisants.

Mainly service. All staff was simpathic, friendly and helpful. At same time none was vulgar or personality strange. Rooms were magnific and BEDs were fantastic. I will be back. 5Th stock wireless weak. Cables did not work.
