Location and Price

Old room, mattres extremelly worn out (like a nest..), Internet connection with a signal so poor that I couldn't work. Very old TV.

Colon has an exellent location next to Lavalle, where the most exiting shops and entertainment are. Buses, taxis and a subway makes travelling easy. The breakfast was five star with everything from a range of cereals to the traditional English breakfast and the traditional Argentinian breakfast, all in one buffet. Exellent.

The rooms are a little rundown and is in desperate need of a major upgrade. Nevertheless, with free wi-fi, airconditioning, hot water, tv, and clean linen, I will go back again.

Excellent location, close to everything and within easy walking distance of attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is awesome, have huge selection of food. Rooms are old but was clean enough and comfortable.

I wouldn't call this a typical 4-star hotel by western standards. Rooms are more like 2 or 3 star at best.

Very good location, close to town centre, Florida Street and Obelisco. Good breakfast and wifi service.

The hotel is old and not clean. The stuffs reception are rude. Absolutely it is not 4 stars hotel, in my opinion it is 3 or 2 stars. I've paid for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and nobody was there to pick me up. Also I've requested the laundry services and my clothes came from the laundry with no good smell. Definitely you can find better hotel with the same price in Buenos Aires.

best breakfast we have had in the 3 months of traveling, full selection of fruit,pastry,bacon,eggs,yogurt,

the young staff at front desk were rude and NOT helpful at all. the room had carpet that was real old,stained and filthy, the room smelled of mold,curtains where broken and dirty also. this hotel is not a 3 star maybe 1 star at best.

Location, location, location! Good breakfast too. They gave us a free upgrade to a nice suite with a wonderful view to the obelisk, simply amazing!!

Location, you can go walking to many tourist attractions and there is a lot of restaurants around.

Upon arrival (about 05 pm) we where informed that no electricity was available and s didn't care about it. The aircondition didn't work during the evening or night, we were offered another room, however the aircondition neither didn't work in that room.

I always like the Location and the Breakfast and the Big space that you have at the Hotel. And for sure the good Price.

The Internet Connection on the Apartment is very bad. You lose the connection all the Time. And Even if you pay a reasonable price for the net it would be better for the guest. Or at least offer an alternative paid but good. And another thing when its possible change the Crapet of the rooms becasue it´s old and really not good for the Healph .

Reluctant reception staff

Good location. Can visit most of the sight-seeing places by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good although it is the same everyday. I stayed in this hotel for 6 days, but not consecutively as I traveled to another cities. Therefore, I stayed in 3 rooms. Two of the rooms are good, the design are more modern and new. But the first room we stayed in is in old style, needs to renovate. Overall, the hotel is good with this price.

The location was great with many accesses to subways and buses.

It is a very old hotel and the pictures of its website doesn't match with reality.

La atención del personal ha sido muy buena, en particular el Sr Miguel Angel en recepcion. La habitación buena con vista a la Avenida. Acceso rápido al centro de la ciudad
