Concord Callao by Temporary Apartments  

These temporary apartments were not luxurious, but very clean, comfortable and in an amazing location for an incredible value. It was truly in the middle of a safe neighbourhood and close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Wi-Fi was awful if you were in a room that was not near one of the routers. However, there is a wired connection in each room. We bought a portable wireless router and attached it to the wired connection, allowing us to have excellent wireless internet. Would recommend bringing one if you have one from home (ie. an Airport Express).

Very presentable and handy to everything

Communication was very poor, staff need to understand when people ask for direction ,they need to be given accurate and precise information as they are depending and believing the facts to be correct . e.g,we asked if there was a place we could change before we left for airport after checking out.I asked and was told 2nd floor toilets. went down looked around tried to ask other staff who didnt understand English.found nothing my partner had to go back to 8th floor to ask where on the second floor we were then told outside accros s the other side of the pool and down the stairs in the pool changing room. had they given us this info in the first place we could have saved the time of having to go up to the 8th floor again when we were running out of time. your staff I hope one day will experience travelling to a foreign land and asking for information and get a half pie answer will then understand why I am annoyed about the information we were given in the first place, other than that the property is worth promoting to other people to use. thank you Arthur Anae

Good location close to everything

Check in after hours was not as easy due to lack of staff although the only person there was helpful

The courtains and the breakfast was very poor.

Apartment was old, other times I stayed in this place and had much better apartment

The location was good.

As a temporary apartment, there was no human person to ask for. There´s no reception, so if you have any problem you don´t have anyone to ask. The hotel promised internet site and cleaning the room. We had internet only the first night and then never fixed the wifi eventhough we claim. Cleanliness is poor, not cleaned our room the first day. We had a bad response from the hotel management.

The room was dirty as the bed. The kitchen was not equipped.

Good location: it is 20 minutes walk from Obelisco. Safe area and close to Recoleta Cemetery and Palermo. Great deal when it comes to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna.

Breakfast was quite poor. It was served at next door restaurant, and it didn't have a lot of things to choose from. Mostly coffee and croissants, so few days with the same breakfast made your pretty fed up with it. Noise from the street, at night sometimes it didn't let us sleep.

ruidoso, falta de limpieza, toallas gastadas, almohadas mala calidad, mejorar los muebles y no tiene nada de decoracion. tv antiguo.

No funcionaba caja de seguridad. No funcionaba equipo para escuchar música. No había extractor en las cocina.Limpieza"superficial".

El cesto de basura estaba repleto (no se limpio adecuadamente) antes del nuevo ingreso.

Sola0con mi hija de 6 anos me dio algo de temor dormir solas en el 11 avo piso... Como que uno esta lejos para pedir ayuda!!! Y a quien?

La ubicacion el tamaño de las habitaciones

-Llegue 1hs antes del horario de entrada y fue todo un tema poder dejar la valija, el guardia no se poniia de acuerdo con la gente de recepcion -me tomaron los datos de una tarjeta de credito para garantia o algo asi, pero cuando me retire, devolvi las llaves en el guardia de seguirdad y no rompieron delante mio lo datos, se los quedaron ellos ¿entonces como se que no me cobraran de mas? -Me falto dinero de la caja de seguridad y de la mochila me sacaron el pasaje de 10 viajes del metro, no reclame ya que era domingo a las 22 cuando me di cuenta y me iba la s siete del lunes. -Solicite una taza para te, ya que solo habia pocillos y me dijeron en 40 minutos, aun las estoy esperando -pregunte si la habitacion a la calle era ruidosa y me dijeron que no, un ruido de terror - el domingo tuve que pedir al guardia que suba a hacer callar a unos vecinos que parecía estaban de fiesta a las 2 de la mañána

Gostei do quarto,localização excelente!!!

A Sauna não funcionava,banheira e hidro não havia a tampa,e os funcionários não tem boa vontade para ajudar!Limpeza também não é mto boa!!

Atencion excelente del personal, sobre todo recepción y portería en todos sus horarios , ubicación , comodidades del apartemento, restaurantes , supermercados y demas comercios muy cerca .

Mejoraria el desayuno ofrecido

Su ubicación es genial pues está cerca de todo. Su personal (en especial Estefanía) es muy cordial y amigable. Orientan al huésped sobre paseos y visitas a la ciudad con profesionales. El desayuno del restaurante de al lado es muy bueno aunque no variado. Tiene lavandería y un buen gimnasio, ideal para una estancia confortable.

Todo el lugar es muy bueno. Solo se sugiere limpiar la piscina. De resto es genial.

La cortina de baño estaba sucia. Sería conveniente sustituír la cortina por una mampara.

La ubicación es excelente.
