Our room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was amazing! For not knowing Buenos Aires, the location was good for us, we felt safe and the local grocery store was within walking distance. We fell in love with a Pizza Place right around the corner. The man that worked there was just wonderful to us! Practice your spanish before you go to Argentina or communication could be a problem for you!! The staff on the 5th floor could have been more helpful with all of our questions. However we did have alot and they were busy- but customer service is the key to a loyal client. Need directions on how to dial the phone in the room(even though it would not work)reported 3 times, never got fixed. This was not a problem because we had magic jack!!! |

The location of the hotel is great, and the kitchen inside the room gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals, which is great. The rooms are new and big, which is also very good in a city with a lot of old hotels. The staff was helpful but not able to solve all our issues - it took three days to have our safe box opened. For the price of the hotel I had expected more services than just room clenaning. The breakfast is quite small, it is not worthy to buy it when you make your reservation. |

Very clean rooms excellant location and price. Our room facing the street was a little noisey when the bars closed. Next time I would get a room facing the back pool area. No shower wash cloths provided. I guess they don't use them in S.A. |

The hotel is located in an excelent neighborhood (Recoleta), near the subte (Line Green), in one of the main avenues of Buenos Aires. The National Museum of Fine Arts and the Recoleta`s Cemitery are reachable by walk. The doorman at night was uterly rude. We had a problem with one of our guests who locked himself out of his room. The doorman did not had a copy of the key and was very upset about trying to solve this problem, because he wanted to watch a football match on TV. The office staff was sometimes helpful and sometimes lazy on solving problems. It took 3 days to get the safe box in our room opened. |

Keep in mind this is an apart hotel. There are no extra services. Nice cleanliness, good furniture, clean decoration. Excelent location. The kitchen could be better equipped. |

Convenient to the main city sites and shopping and had the amenities I wanted I did not like the fact that the cleaning staff was not to hospitable especially in waking us up early one day and then not being to nice about coming back to clean up later |

Very clean room, new furniture and great location. In the first day, the key for the appartment was readily available eventhough we arrived late in Buenos Aires (our flight was during the night). The place is very good in the overall, but the breakfast can be improved. The breakfast was the same menu everyday: two croisants( medialunas), an orange juice and a cofee or chocolate. |

Cleanliness, quality/price relation, central location, friendlyness of staff. Room is excelent. Swimming pool is slightly dirty. Street view rooms are noisy (but bed confort contrasts and makes it easier). |

Location and price cannot be beat. The kitchenette and fridge were cool and you still get a dailly maid service even though it is an appartment. There are a couple of restaurants on Rodriguez Pena a block away (Cholito and Cumana I believe) which I highly recommand. The pool was kind of a let down as it needs a few new chairs and a good cleanup. |

Great locaton in Recoleta/Barrio Norte - very close to shopping and restaurants. Nice neighbourhood. Fairly central to most B.A. neighbourhoods. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice, modern lobby. Spacious rooms. Good value. I would stay here again. Laundry in the building wasn't convenient - required your own detergent and lots of coins, which aren't readily available in the city. But fortunately there was a nearby drycleaner/laundromat a block away so it wasn't a big problem. |

Simple, clean, functional, very comfortable.good location. A few details. The shower curtain went to the floor several times. The shower would go to the floor also. It was not properly attached. The support in the shower was loose, it could be dangerous for an older person. |

Good location. Very nice and clean rooms. We had a room facing a swimming pool (not the street), and it was really quiet. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. |

The hotel was well located relative to the main areas of interest (Recoleta; downtown BA; Santa Fe Avenue) ; it was useful having kitchen facilities available in the room; air conditioning worked well in the very hot January weather; staff were very helpful and friendly. |

Location and good cost/benefit for the price. I guess the fact that it was a flat and not a usual hotel room was also a nice thing. There was a little bit of noise from nearby flats. We asked for a double bed and got two twin beds together. I think they should either advertise the prices in local currency or use official bank rates when charging the credit card. Better yet, they should be able to charge in dollars. |
