Concord Callao by Temporary Apartments

Staff did not care that our room: was missing a foot of the large curtains and had no black out curtains and that our air conditioner did not work for 4 days (ave. temp was 31 C). Bed was horrible - we could feel metal springs - and pillows were also very lumpy. Gym is horrible with equipment from 1982. Our key was not ready for us when we arrived and so doorman had to give us 'emergency room' - since this seems to happen often here. When we arrived, offices where closed and they didnt have a key for us. They said it was a booking.com problem and we should feel lucky they gave us a room even w/o a reservation in their system. Staff was not pleasant, and seemed bothered when we'd show up and they were having their cafesito. Do not book!

excellent location, nice view to copacabana (although a little loud, but no too much), clean, kind stuff, vefy good breakfast

- more stuff should speak English - hotel has a dela with just one travel agency - and with the most expencive one! (for the sightseeing tours...)

The location and value for the price. The apartment is more like a room with a small kichenette. Pool was nice. -

Breakfast was very sparse and the same every morning. Training room was ridiculous...dusty broken machines, non working lights, empty jaccuzzi. No shampoo or small amenities in bathroom. Very budget type of hotel.

Large, comfortable room. Get a room on a higher floor overlooking Callao. The location in Recoleta is excellent, close to banks, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff spoke English and they were nice and helpful offering to book tours and airport transfers. But since this isn't a hotel, they were only in the office from 8am - 10pm. Very nice doormen and housekeeping staff.

No business center and no internet cafes nearby, so bring your own computer (apparently they have Wi-Fi but we didn't use it). The bathroom was small and occasionally smelled musty. Toilet seat and door handle were broken. Room uses an old fashioned key.

Very nice apartament, clean and in the centre of town .a lot off space with new furniture

Maybe the reception must be opened longer not onlly till 10pm

Good location and value. Easy to get around the city from here and near Subte (underground station). The apartments are well equipped (but only for light cooking). The tours offered by reception are good value

The reception service is limited - only to 10pm weekdays and 4 pm on weekends. It caused us problems with somewhere to leave luggage for a late Saturday departure ( although we asked the concierge who, although not associated with the apartments,was very helpful) There was some damage to our apartment when we arrived which we reported but it was not fixed whilst we were there but it did not spoil our stay.

I enjoyed space, the cleanliness, privateness of the room. The location of the hotel and very good value for money. The helpfullness and friendly staff at reception and front desk

slight mould in the bathroom, but slight compared to other hotels in Argentina. Lifts did not work for one day, this appeared to be uncommon and temporary problem. A mix up about ordering a taxi for the Airport booking was not made by the reception staff, however at time of attempted booking reception were moving to another room so understandable mix up. Other bookings were kindly made with no problems.

The location of the hotel is great, and the kitchen inside the room gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals, which is great. The rooms are new and big, which is also very good in a city with a lot of old hotels.

The staff was helpful but not able to solve all our issues - it took three days to have our safe box opened. For the price of the hotel I had expected more services than just room clenaning. The breakfast is quite small, it is not worthy to buy it when you make your reservation.

The hotel is located in an excelent neighborhood (Recoleta), near the subte (Line Green), in one of the main avenues of Buenos Aires. The National Museum of Fine Arts and the Recoleta`s Cemitery are reachable by walk.

The doorman at night was uterly rude. We had a problem with one of our guests who locked himself out of his room. The doorman did not had a copy of the key and was very upset about trying to solve this problem, because he wanted to watch a football match on TV. The office staff was sometimes helpful and sometimes lazy on solving problems. It took 3 days to get the safe box in our room opened.

Keep in mind this is an apart hotel. There are no extra services. Nice cleanliness, good furniture, clean decoration. Excelent location.

The kitchen could be better equipped.

Convenient to the main city sites and shopping and had the amenities I wanted

I did not like the fact that the cleaning staff was not to hospitable especially in waking us up early one day and then not being to nice about coming back to clean up later
