We stayed in two bedroom apartment which was really nice and large. Friendly staff. The pillows were really big and hard, not at all comfortable.

Rooms are comfortable Lowest-rate rooms face the road and can be noisy for the traffic (although not that much because the road is not a big one). The other rooms are very quiet.

I have got a big suite, open kitchen and seperated big bathroom (shouwer&toilet). Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacy. Hotel staf were very friendly, listening and trying to help for my queries. Breakfast was open buffet. I had one night reservation for the room I have stayed. After, I wanted to extend it another 3 nights. 3rd and 4th night were not possible due to reservation for another person. I had to change the room. for the new room I had to pay more, since it was another type of room. On my request they made some reduction on the rate. But still, it was 20US$ more than my former room. I have accepted and chenged the room. I have been surprised when I get in to the room. It was almost exactly the same room. The kitchen&living area was seperated only. then smaller bedroom, smaller bathroom and smaller livig area. And I hed to pay 20US$ more... The other thing is, that even the breakfast was open buffet, it was poor.

Auto in garage geparkeerd kon worden Hotel zeer gedateerd ,personeel maakte een droevige indruk ,buitengewoon summier ontbijt ,volgende trip zoeken we ander hotel !

- La ubicación - Que tuviera Garage - La habitación - La limpieza del baño. Cuando llegamos había pelos en el piso - Los precios del frigobar y la poca variedad por ejemplo, cervezas sólo tenían latas de una marca a un muy alto precio.

Percebi hotéis com localização melhor. Na chegada o atendimento nao foi muito bom: chegamos um pouco mais cedo e percebemos q a atendente nao teve um mínimo de consideração de arrumar um quarto ou sequer nos dar uma previsão de quando estaria pronto. Café da manha fraco, travesseiros muito ruins e nao havia sequer um abridor de vinho a pudéssemos manter no quarto (já q havia uma cozinha). Nao ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

De Mendoza que es una cuidad muy linda y tranquila. Del hotel todo excelente y me encanto que del mismo hotel te organicen las excursiones eso te facilita las cosas. (Gracias!!! Mariela).- Algo que no me gusto de Mendoza es que anda mucha gente pidiendo por la calle tanto adultos como niños (se deberían ocupar un poco mas de esa gente). Y hay muuucho vendedor ambulante!!!

La opción de ser apart hotel, la limpieza y el buen gusto en el diseño de las habitaciones. Pero sobre todo la cama matrimonial!! Una de dos plazas y media Queen! Espectacular la comodidad. Puede mejorar el servicio de desayuno, tiene mucho panificado (pan, tortitas de grasa, medialunas y alguna factura, galletitas de salvado) se podría incluir alguna torta dulce y ensalada de fruta natural (no de lata como la que tienen) porque los chicos se quedan cortos con la oferta

La ubicación, calle tranquila y agradable, las habitaciones espaciosas y ventiladas, fácil acceso a transporte y lugares cercanos de compras y comida. A pesar de tratarse de un apartamento con cocina el equipamiento de utensilios en la cocina es escaso.

El apart comodo esta bien ubicado y tiene restaurantes proximos. El desayuno es bueno Deberia ser remosado cada tanto. Los pisos son de plastico y estan deteriorados

La buena atencíón del personal, lo espacioso y comodo de las habitaciones, la posibilidad de disponer de cochera en el edificio y la buena ubicacion. Solo me resulto molesto que aunque las instalaciones estaban bien aseadas, había olores desagradables en la habitacion, unos días mas perceptibles que otros, quizas debido a algun problema de ventilación.-
