The free breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was kind and patient. The location is central to many sights, shopping, and restaurants. The maid did not do such a good job cleaning the toilet. |

Very good comfort. The rooms were clean and in a good shape and the staff was very helpful (for example, they gladly helped us with booking hotel in another city for the weekend because we didn't speak Spanish that good) |

Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom could have used some more shelving. Also, adaptors would have been nice to rent or buy from the hotel. |

Localização é excelente perto de restaurantes, lojas e acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticose. O Hotel é bem confortável e o pessoal da recepção é bastabte atencioso. Fiquei no 9o.andar. Como o salão de café da manhã fica no 10o. andar, o barulho devido ao arraste de cadeiras e mesas é grande e começa muito cedo, e esse foi o grande incômodo! |

A localizaçao é otima e o cafe da manha tambem... O quarto superior que reservamos estava de acordo com as nossas expectativas, porem um casal amigo nosso que estavam conosco nao teve a mesma sorte , pois deram um quarto com camas single e nao camas queen size como reservamos. Fiquei sabendo depois de voltamos pra Sao Paulo. |
