The free breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was kind and patient. The location is central to many sights, shopping, and restaurants. The maid did not do such a good job cleaning the toilet. |

Very good comfort. The rooms were clean and in a good shape and the staff was very helpful (for example, they gladly helped us with booking hotel in another city for the weekend because we didn't speak Spanish that good) |

Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom could have used some more shelving. Also, adaptors would have been nice to rent or buy from the hotel. |

The staff was very helpful. The location was central and close to restaurants and shops and sites. The hotel was clean. I liked the breakfast buffet. I felt the rooms needed renovation - they seemed a bit dingy. The tub was very slippery and could have used some kleenex. |

The design and busboy service. Also free internet usage on second floor. It is also a relatively new hotel and well maintained. On same street as a few sex shops (it didn't bother us). Good location. Walking distance to Florida and San Martin. |

Hotel muy bueno, nos atendieron bien, no hubo problemas de horario con el checkin ni con el checkout, bueno el desayuno. Solicitimos una habitacion para 3 personas adultas, y la habitación tenia 2 camas en una habitación y habia otra habitación tipo escritorio con la 3° cama la cual era muy incomoda, deberia ser una cama como las otras. |
