The location is good for walking the city. Very central. Felt very safe. A very good value. It would have been nice to have more city information in the form of maps and brochures. They had only one with a small map of the city.

The excellent location. The service and the bell boy are too slow. The bell boy took 40 minutes to bring my luggage up to the room. We’ve got a triple room and it was with just 2 towels and 2 glasses only. I got the phone to call them and it took more de 1 hour to bring us 1 towel more. But in general the hotel is worth.

A localização é ótima, com fácil acesso a pé a teatros, restaurantes, ruas principais de comercio, shopping Galerias Pacífico, supermercado, centro histórico. O hotel está descuidado e desgastado. A iluminação nos apartamentos é mínima, toalhas e tapetes rompendo-se, banheiro com vazamento no uso, vidros das janelas imundos. [Colocaram-nos em uma suite do 5º andar, informando ter sido um up grade!!!!.] O atendimento no café da manhã é muito ruim, sem limpeza das mesas, sem reposição de louças. Já me hospedei neste hotel antes e voltei. Contudo, agora está péssimo. Ao chegar já haviam debitado a estadia no cartão e informaram ter sido o Booking que o fizera. Uso o Booking para todas as minhas reservas e foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu.

A localização e a cordialidade do pessoal do hotel. O hotel não sofreu nenhuma reforma ou renovação como tinha sido descritono site: tudo ainda é muito antigo...TV, Carpete, toalhas de banho desgastadas... Toalhas de banho desgastadas, carpete puido, barulho de encanamentos no quarto

O Hotel Conte é bem localizado, atendimento atencioso e bom café da manhã. Em função da sua excelente localização, numa das marginais da Av.9 De julho e próximo ao Obelisco, o barulho dos carros incomoda à noite.

Acomodações velhas e sujas,estava calor neste período, liguei o ar condicionado do quarto que só funcionou no quente,liguei para a recepção que me informou ser assim mesmo e não ter nada para ser feito,café da manhã abaixo da média.Na manhã quando fomos reclamar, o funcionário desligou o telefone na nossa cara, dificultaram o máximo para trocarmos de hotel,mas o gerente foi atencioso.

Sus habitaciones son muy comodas, limpias, se encuentra en un sitio muy centrico, precio por habitacion no muy costoso El personal es muy inservicial, no te dan ningun informe de alquiler de autos, ni lugares para conocer, al parecer no les impoorta que hagas, no se dan cuenta que eres turista sino consideran que todo sabes y conoces.

das zimmer war als last minute mit 70% discount angeboten. anstatt ein superior zimmer habe ich ein standard zimmer bekommen, dunkel und laut. chef und receptionist haben behauptet, dass das ein fehler von booking. com ist und haben mich blöd hingestellt. habe ueber 500 us dollar bezahlt für 4 nächte - viel ärger. das war eigentlich der reguläre preis für das standard zimmer, also kein last minute angebot. es war ein trick. Ich bitte sie daher, mir diese 70% zurückzuerstatten. mit freundlichen grüssen z. skembovic

Fomos muito bem recpcionados,funcionarios educados dentro do padrão de seu País,cafe da manhã muito bem servido,lençois limpos e macios.O Dia que reclamamos que não havia geladeira(mini) no nosso quarto fomos atendidos prontamente.Quando formos ai ficarei no mesmo hotel,porem em cama de casal,pois estavamos completando 30 anos de casados e ficamos em camas separadas.Mas o meu conselho p/ quem for para esta cidade que se hospedem com vcs.Bjssssssssssss,que Deus ilumine vcs Sim ,ficamos em camas separadas,

Atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã, localização boa, quantos aos quartos deixam muito a desejar. No nosso quarto não havia cama de casal, eram 3 camas e a que daria prá juntar e fazer uma de casal o colchão estava horrível. Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários é bom e a localização excelente.

O restaurante e o café da manhã são muito bons! A localização é ótima ! Não conseguimos utilizar a internet no quarto do hotel. Demora para conserto de vazamento da torneira do chuveiro. Imagem ruim da tv e controle com mal funcionamento. Ar condicionado com mal funcionamento!

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are very helpful, friendly and speak very good English. The hotel is comfortable, clean and very well appointed.
