The freindliness and total professionalism of all the staff; from parking the car to answering tourist questions, reserving the restuarant etc.Also the proximity to the beach and the view is spectacular |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la vista desde la habitación. Tuve la habitación lista una hora despues de arribar, a pesar de llegar a las 17:30 hs., no tenía control remoto el televisor, no andaban dos ascensores de tres en total, con la consabida demora. No me parece que este hotel merezca ser un 5 estrellas por el solo hecho de tener las instalaciones. |

идеальный персонал. идеальная чистота номера, тишина, покой, прекрасные завтраки. люксовый отель. соответственно - дорого. была один день, проездом. несмотря на то, что заезд с 15:00, заселили очень рано - по наличию номера. единственное неудобство - что-то случилось со связью и интернета не было целый день. Далековато от центра - но мне это понравилось. Такси до центра - очень недорого и быстро. |

Me siento muy comodo, en especial porque paro alli desde que se inauguro. Siguen sin tener Internet en las habitaciones en forma confiable en cuanto a su funcionamiento. Es muy incomodo tener que bajar o peor aun, tener que recurrir al business center, independientemente de su costo insolito. |

Fui en tren de descanso y el objetivo fue logrado. Todo fue muy agradable y con buena actitud por parte del personal. No llego a entender que no se pueda contar con Internet en la habitacion. Esto les paso a por lo menos 10 personas con las que hable y que tenian el mismo problema. Puede ser sin o con cargo, como lo es en muchos hoteles comparables en el mundo, pero lo malo es que dicen que lo tienen, nos dan una clave que saben que no funciona, y luego tenemos que bajar al business center, pagar, etc.Ademas, no veo porque no proveen un diario, aunque sea local, como cortesia. Creo que son cosas que desmerecen al hotel.Lo conozco y he usado desde su inauguracion, asi que el tema no es nuevo. |
