Comfort..friendly..good breakfast..great parking..location. and we stayed here a week after the first time because we thought it was such a great value and very comfortableI loved the heater for the towels and the view of the room was very nice. The updated bathroom and fixtures were very elegant
A little noisy but not compared to where we stayed previously a block closer to the lake.
Friendly and helpfull staff, great room (size, bed very comfy, great view of the lake), breakfast
quiet despite central location
The staff was excellent; very friendly and helpful. The location was great.
The hotel is old and in serious need of a remodel. The facility and room were clean but bed, carpeting, bathroom are just worn. The pillows were awful.
I thought this place was just great. I was on the fourth floor. Comfortable big bed, newly renovated shower and, get this, SUPER fast wifi!! The wifi in hotels never works on the top floors and this one worked so well I could stream a movie. Nice, helpful staff and decent breakfast. Really excellent place and I would highly recommend.
Location, room, gorgeous new bathrooms, staff are great and hotel very nice and clean.
The best restaurant in Bariloche is in the same street of this hotel (Boliche de Alberto). The staff was very helpful with all our queries.
I would suggest staying in the bungalows of closer to Llao Llao as the city centre is not that special.
Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, helped us with some problems we encountered with our hire car. Super clean rooms. Good breakfast.
The wifi didn't work in the room on 4th floor only in the lobby
Rooms were spacious and recently refurbished. Toilets were also done recently and were clean and modern. Room was also very clean. If you are 4 people, you could book a superior room as that had 2 rooms and 4 beds in total. Also works well with children.
Breakfast could have few more options, but over all it was good and got you started.
The staff tries to help you The location of the hotel is good
They don't have vending machines, They offer wifi and when you get there will get excuses and finally you do not have wifi For the price I paid, I could get a better place around the city Breakfast is really poor
We travelled off-season so the value for money was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect right in the center, the breakfast is quite varied and healthy for argentine standards (the only time I got 100% fresh fruit salad in Patagonia and you can even get scrumbled eggs)
The only thing that could be improved is the shower, it's impossible to have a shower without all the floor is getting wet because there is missing a curtain. However, it's not a reason at all for not going to Cottbus
The reception staff were fantastic, so helpful with all our questions and spoke excellent English especially Florentina and the owner. The breakfast were the best we had in Argentina. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
Great staff! very helpful and speaks English. Located close to the center. Rich Argentinian style breakfast.
The internet didn't work when we were there. The toilets are a bit old and the tub was not clean when we got the room.
The staff were very helpful. They directed me to an excellent place for dinner and stowed my suitcase the following day after check out.
Nothing. For the price it is perfect.
Good location, close to centre but on a quiet road.
Excellent. We were carefully attended by the owners. Lovely place in Bariloche
Great location. Nice view of the lake. Friendly staff. Clean and simple.
breakfast was good, nice French bread and eggs were offered to make fresh, bed was comfortable, great view of the lake and mountains, internet signal good, lots of hot water for showers
hotel is located on a very steep hill, good exercise going up, but slow going down if you have weak knees or other mobility issues, not enough lighting in the room, just a small bedside lamp and one wall lamp by the bed, water ran constantly in the toilet despite being repaired
Nice big room. Could see lake from window.
good breakfast, helpful staff, great view' clean
Staff was very helpful, breakfast bar was really good. Located really close to restaurants and shops downtown Bariloche.
The Location and view were good.
Our car was broken into in the first 30 min after are arrival, right i frönt of the Hotel. Receptionist was helpful. But on the while Staffel were not very service minded. Hotel name is not Cottbus, but written up as Posta del Lago! The old name that changed over a year ago. Very poor not to have changed the name on the building itself.
