Friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to downtown. Very noisy outside the room. Doors were very thin, and did not drown out the noise of people walking outside in the hallway.

La atención del personal El televisor en la habitación está muy bajo y es incómodo para ver desde la cama.. Faltan enchufes para gargar celulares y/o enchufar la notebook. No llegaba la señal del Wi Fi a la habitación. El colchón de la cama matrimonial creo que ya cumplió con su vida útil

la ubicacion es muy buena. Deben solucionar el tema de poner el nombre de la calle, pues puedes pasar 10 veces y no darte cuenta que estas en la misma. Por otra parte dar una nueva vuelta para ubicarla es muy complicado. A todo ello se agrega que esta calle para un lado tiene un sentido y para el otro el sentido es contrario. Poca amabilidad del personal que te recibe y que te despide.

las habitaciones son buenas pero le falta un restailing, el servicio es muy bueno. la ubicaión es excelente. lo que no me gustó, es el ruido que hay entre habitaciones y las dimensiones de los baños.

Me querian cobrar mas del precio establecido en la reserva, y aun así después de discutir mucho me cobraron el monto estipulado, que igual es muy alto para el nivel del hotel, es apenas un 2 estrellas . Además son dos hoteles en uno, y hasta ahora no sé si estuve en hotel cristal o en el Argentino.

Chegamos ao hotel, no dia relacionado na reserva e não existia a reserva. O funcionário do hotel simplesmente nos informou que não tinha conhecimento de nossa reserva, mesmo tendo em mãos as confirmação de reserva recebida por email. Como o hotel estava praticamente lotado, não fizeram muita questão de nos atender bem. Tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora, com fome e cansados, já era tarde da noite, para nos oferecerem um quarto de péssima qualidade. Bem inferior ao que havíamos reservado. Preferimos aceitar, pois já estava muito tarde. Depois de aceitarmos o quarto recebemos uma desculpa não muito sincera pela confusão com a reserva.

“Our stay at the NH Urbano Cordoba was a pleasure, perfect location for shops and culture. Tidy well laid out room. Good selection for breakfast. Effective and proffessional help at all time on reception. Special mention to Pablo on the front desk who managed to reorganise our flight to BA after Aerolinius Argentinas dumped us from a flight at last moment without warning or communication. He could not have been more helpful and patient. Big thanks to him and his team. Will gladly stay at Urbano in future” Jim, Auckland |
