The breakfast was consistent and good. The staff was amazing: always willing to help and very accommodating for special needs. The bar downstairs is intimate but relaxing with a decent drink menu. The rooms had ample space and comfortable beds. Having a pool, workout area and spa were things that helped the hotel stand out from others in a similar price range. The hotel is easily within walking distance from Palermo soho and the metro but taxis frequently pass by.

In our smaller bathroom with a shower only, the water flooded the floor every time someone showered and left a dangerous situation. The gym was frequently closed or no remotes to control the air and TVs, but the worst part is that there's no sanitizer for the equipment. The response time to open the gym or turn on the air was more than 15 minutes.

There is nothing outstanding about this hotel that would make me want to return. Staff were polite when spoken to, but did very little to add any value to our stay.

The hotel should stop advertising that they have wifi in the rooms. This is completely false. All guests spend every evening in the hotel lobby to get a good connection. The hotel rooms feels grubby and in need of a good cleaning. Not filthy, just dont look to closely for the dirt, you are sure to find it.

The hotel is well located, not far from zoo, botanical gardens etc. The inter-connecting family room is great for a big group or family. One apartment had a bedroom with two single beds and a lounge with a sofa-bed for two, plus it's own kitchenette and bathroom. The adjoining bedroom had a double bed and bathroom. Both were very spacious. Parts were a bit run down looking but all was very clean and mostly well kept. Swimming pool is only open from Weds to Sunday from 11am to 7pm so not convenient if you want to swim out of these hours. There is also a large space great for small kids to run around... not easy to find in a big city! Plenty of restaurants, shops etc in the immediate vicinity.

The staff is exellent, they help you out with everything. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Accommodates large families, clean rooms, good value, quiet neighborhood. Has kitchenette in room.

Older decor and furnishing, poor knternet

We expected a studio type room, but actually had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment.The bedroom had loads of hanging/storage space, ideal for a longer stay. The kitchenette (which we did not use) had sufficient equipment (pots and pans,dinner service etc). The top floor gym was excellent, with great views to the monument in Plaza Espana. Just about walking distance to Plaza Italia subte (metro) station. The trendy Palermo restaurants are slightly too far to walk to, but there are some delightful neighbourhood restaurants nearby

The reception staff was quite aloof. The pool and sauna were not working. The breakfast buffet looked ok at first glance, but turned out to be one of the worst in Argentina: watery juice,fresh fruit were just apples or oranges,which were also the only components of the fruit salad, and generally poor selection of items

The location is attractive. Spacious apartment.

The place is quite Worn down. Walls needed paint, mould in the bathroom, broken bed, dripping air-con. However the hotel is quite cheap, so what can you expect?

Yes, not hot water and I had to call 5 times to get it fixed. Also, bad keys. Two times I had to get down (from 15th floor) to reconfigurate the key.

Pictures at booking.com don't reflect reality. Bathroom is really small and old, furniture is old as well. It was not possible to watch tv in the room, since there was two separate spaces. Internet did not work at room. Breakfest was horrible.

My stay was short but I really like the hotel, the rooms were like little apartment with kitchen and laundry. The staff was really helpful and kind, it have near the Palermo parks and a lovely soho Palermo. Is well located

The rooms are very old ( humidity on the walls that destroys walls and furniture) internet wifi is not accessible correctly every where (I had a room where the connexion was almost impossible) The sport room is very small and just have 2 machines for running !! THe breakfast has nothing special (not bad not good)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to restaurants, subway, buses and parks. Rooms were a good size. Large fridge, wash tub, plenty of room for five adults. Great to have 2 bathrooms.

Apartment was shabby, the shower leaked and walls and floor were affected by this. Musty smell throughout apartment. Badly in need of repairs and facelift. Standard was not as expected and not as shown on website.

es un hotel de 15 años, la habitacion no tiene nada que ver con la foto y no tiene television en el cuarto. habia mucho olor a comida en el estar de la habitacion

es un hotel viejo, las habitaciones son poco modernas, televisores viejos. muy caro para lo que es el hotel. Esperaba otra cosa.

La ubicacion y habitabilidad.-

No dispone calefaccion dormitorios. Climatizacion lobby y otros sectores, precaria. Personal parco y lento para responder en el lobby. En desayuno y otros muy atento. Pedi un taxi y como tardaba, tome uno en la calle (espere 12 minutos sin respuesta) en buenos aires...????

La ubicación es inmejorable!

Deberían hacer una remodelación importante, las instalaciones son muy antiguas!!!

Ubicación cercano a los parques de Palermo. Ideal para correr en las mañanas y llevar a los niños a jugar.

El desayuno débil y el aseo malo.

El hotel dista mucho de ser un cuatro estrellas, aunque el personal es amable, los servicios aceptables; las habitaciones no estan a la altura.

Las habitaciones, no hay calefaccion ( solo split)

Es un hotel de 2 estrellas disfrazado de 4. Hasta tiene un calefón dentro de la habitación!!!!!! A lo mejor son las peores habitaciones que ponen en oferta para Booking.
