Pleasant Surprise! Having read mixed reviews wasn't sure what the hotel would be like. It seems to have been recently refurbished. The room was very comfortable, fully air coned with a decent bathroom and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast is a voucher for the grumpy cafe next door! If you're at a loose end on a hot day keep walking down the road, away from town until you come to the river at the end (about a 20-30 min walk) where you can swim and relax - seems half the town were here!

La atencon personalizada de algunos recepcionistas. A pesar de que no lo usamo el hidromasaje es una buena opcion para quien le guste. El desayuno no está a la altura del hotel

Muy limpió. Camas muy cómodas. Caudal de agua en la ducha excelente. Estuvimos de paso una noche camino a Bariloche y nos gusto mucho. La ubicación es muy buena ya que esta en el centro y a 200 mts de la ruta No tiene estacionamiento pero hay uno a 2cuadras

La ubicación y buena calidad de habitaciones, muy bien recicladas. La atención del personal nocturno, al menos uno de ellos. Que no tenga cochera y la mas cercana este a dos cuadras y media. Y que el desayuno lo den en el bar de al lado y muy escaso.

La ducha y la limpieza exelentes, las habitaciones comodas.- Poco entuciasmo en el personal de tarde, y mala atencion del personal nocturno, presenciamos como casi ignoraban a un matrimonio que consultaban para alojarse por la noche en el hotel..pedimos la llave de la habitacion y con un gesto nos dijo que la agarremos del mostrador ( entre otras llaves de otras otras habitaciones).. ni nos pregunto de que habitacion eramos..

la infraestructura del hotel es buena la habitación y recepción se ven modernas, limpias y agradables la recepción en cuanto al personal ya que la atención es mala no colaboran en la carga de equipaje, te dan la ropa de cama y que te arregles el servicio es malo con relación al costo

Me agradó la habitación El servicio de desayuno es pésimo, mal atendido, mesas sucias y ni hablar de la vajilla. Dejando de lados las hermosas palomas que te roban las tostadas.

Considero que, es un hotel sencillo, con un gusto exquisito en la decoracion de los pasillos y stars ( no asi tanto en las habitaciones). Muy buena la atenciön del personal. Algo a mejorar es la posibilidad de ofrecer en la planta baja el mismo confort que en la de los pisos superiores,dado que el ascensor es muy pequeño y las personas en silla de ruedas no podemos utilizarlo.

Es una buena alternativa para hacer noche en un viaje a Bariloche. Atención cordial y buena predisposición. Muy ruidosos los pisos. Al caminar se escucha todo. No tiene estacionamiento privado pero se puede dejar en la calle en un estacionamiento publico enfrente del hotel . El desayunador es el bar de al lado. De todas maneras la atención fue muy buena. Tambien tiene room service.

La atencion del personal, las habitaciones de nivel superior, personal de mucamas muy amables, muy buenas duchas, habitaciones confortables No puedo decir que no me haya gustado, pero creo que se podria mejorar el sistema de desayuno, los últimos viajes me hospede en este hotel, significa que me sentí comodo.

Es un buen hotel de paso, sin grandes lujos. Las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones y parecen haber sido renovadas hace poco. Está en pleno centro de la ciudad. El lobby es lúgubre.
