O café da mahhã é muito completo e de de boa Qualidade. Está Situado perto do metrô e de alguns restaurantes e de Algumas lojas de couro e Sapatos. Horário mais flexível para o Check out. Melhoria da regulagem da temperatura do Aquecimento interno dos Quartos. |

Ofrecen todos los servicios a un precio justo y las habitaciones son comodas y practicas. Ademas que los trabajadores del hotel mostraron buen carisma y trato para los huespedes. Al reservar la habitacion salia un precio en dolares que a la hora de hacer el check out no se mantuvo debido a que manejaban otro cambio. Pienso que si manejan un precio en dolares por medio de internet deberian mantenerlo sin importar el cambio del dia. |

Os funcionários do hotel apresentaram sempre um nivel de competência bastante elevado nos serviços de apoio ao cliente. Penso que seria positivo estabelecerem parametros de comparação entre hoteis e entre os hoteis e a sua classificação, uma vez que este hotel no meu entendimento não possui a estrutura e qualidade equivalente a outros hoteis de 4 estrelas em que ja estive hospedado. |

Eu fiquei um dia. Não gostei e troquei...casa de máquina do ar condicionado faz vibrar o prédio todo, não dá pra dormir. Quarto com uns mofos na parede... Pelo menos colocarem uma maquinária silenciosa. |

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel war für den gebotenene Standard zu teuer. Andere Anbieter haben es für 90,- USD verkauft (vor Ort gesehen). Das Hotel war eine Baustelle im Empfangsbereich. Die Zimmer und Duschen waren renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben das Hotel auch auf Grund des Fahrstuhls gebucht; ansonsten hätten wir ein anderes Hotel ausgewählt. |

Auf meine Bitte habe ich ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Die Angestellten waren nett, bis auf das Personal beim Frühstück. Der Fön und der Safe waren defekt, wurden aber gleich am nächste Tag repariert. Das Personal beim Frühstück war völlig uninterressiert, sonst wurde man freundlich empfangen. Beim Frühstück hatte man den Eindruck, daß auch Speisen angeboten wurden, die schon mehrere Tage alt waren. Insgesamt machte das Hotel auf mich den Eindruck, als wenn es einer Renovierung bedürfe. |
