Nice helpful staff, good location, relatively low price for standard room.
Noise from the street when window is open, slow elevator, some bugs in the room. Staff was helpful in finding another room but after a day or so the situation was the same as in the earlier room. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.
excellent wifi, good cleaningness, staff is very helpful
terrible breakfast, expensive
The localization is very good.
The internet connection was very poor. Staff don't speak english.
location was good
general air of dilapidation and smelly drains we did get used to these things eventually.
Easy central location
- Tired looking decor - Had to ask for towels every day - Towels and bedspread threadbare - Inclusive breakfast was bread based with or without jam - Photos on line are a generous reflection of the rooms and were tight for space.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The dollar change office in the basement gave an excellent rate and spoke English. The gym was basic but it was there and I used it. The heater in the room came in very handy.
The window didn't close properly, realised only on the last night when had to use the heater to keep warm. The traffic in Viamonte is very loud. I slept with my MP3 player to block out the noise. Continental breakfast. I would be willing to pay extra for cold meats, cheese, eggs. Also, would have liked the option to not have fresh towels every day. A sign to hang on the door to say no cleaning would be useful.
Location was good as it was six minutes away from the Teatro Colon and many other places in Tucuman. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty helpful.
Breakfast was pretty limited in choices. Staff were very limited in their knowledge of the English language, so some Spanish will also help the visitor as well.
People working in the hotel are VERY nice and available.
The center of Buenos Aires can be very noisy. The hotel is on the corner of two noisy streets (buses, traffic), all rooms on the street side. So it's very-very noisy, even at the 9th floor !
The room was very dirty. No soap, no shampoo. The linen was not fresh, no blanket which was replaced by the dirty cover which in turn was torn apart. The reception was very rude and no help at all. The wihdow won't close properly so the traffic noise was shockingly loud
Bed was comfortable, location was excellent. The main problems were the street noise, which is really pretty loud and the bathroom, where there wasn't any curtains separating the shower area. The value for money was excellent. If the hotel improved the bathroom facilities, and provided a more quiet room this would be quite an unbeatable offer in BA.
The hotel have excellent and very kind employees and service people. The hotel place is in city center, everything is convenient. All service is perfect.
It's better to improve wifi connection in the room.
-Awful smell in the rooms which were also not very clean. -Terribly noisy from street and corridor and rooms beside. -Poor quality of windows and doors (the door of the room was broken). -Wifi did not work properly. -Breakfast could be improved with more options of food (e.g. egg or cheese).
The girl at the counter was very nice and cute :-)
1) The hotel is crammed for space. 2) this hotel has the most dangerous windows I have ever seen in my life. My room was on the 9th floor and had a tumble window, I.E. it opens like the lower part of a K. However, the window is very large so you cannot reach the handle. There is nothing to hold you so if you try you will lose your balance and fall out of the window, to your death. It's breathtakingly dangerous.
The location was great, walking distance to much of the central core and a short walk to two Subte stops. The staff was very helpful for advice and whatever we needed, and the hotel was kept clean and orderly.
The basic rooms had just enough space for the bed with a very small closet. The bathroom was also tiny and the sink barely large enough to wash your hands. That said, the price we paid through Booking.com was an excellent value in a city where space is at a premium.
Breakfast and cleanliness. The same sheets every day and very old towels
Bad bed, very poor wifi signal. Poor breakfast.
I liked the price and the location and also the wifi that worked well.
The street is really noisy so I had to sleep with ear plugs. Breakfast so poor that I just used the space to sit and eat my own food. But for the price I paid, it was fair. Rooms too small for two, but for me was fine as I was alone.
The location was good.
The stuff tried to overcharge me claiming that they have to take a much higher exchange rate for american dollars. If you book this hotel make sure to do it directly in pesos.
Centrally located, you walk out and literally in the midth of busy BA, shops, restaurants, all historical places, walking distance to the financial district and retiro!
The location is good. Staff are nice.
I could not connect to wifi in my room with a trouble. I had to go down to lobby floor to connect internet.
Old , dirty
The accessible location to transport, shops, entertainment and eating out.
Maybe plumbing work needs to be done to improve air freshness.
