Really good location, close to Av. 9 de Julio and little park. Our room 1017 seemed to be last renovated in 90's: weary furniture and old crt tv. Wi-Fi was avaliable in the room from time to time. They "pre-authorized" my credit card upon arrival for 2 nights that's queit strange and uncommon. Explanation was the hotel policy – they charge the card for the half of your stay.

the situation in the city but a quiet aerea very loud because of the mainstreet and no isolation between rooms, you can hear the neighbars using the wc.

We were originally booked into Dazzler for one night only but we liked it so much we used it as our base in Buenos Aires during our time travelling in Argentina. We returned another three times for a total of eight nights altogether. Staff were friendly, efficient and greeted us warmly each time. They even upgraded us on the last night and extended our checkout time. We´ll be back. Thanks.

The hotel double room with a king size bed was nice, big and clean. The location of the hotel was ideal (in the heart of the city center).We stayed on the 9th floor,so it was not noisy despite hundreds of public buses passing by. We also enjoyed the price since it was a deal We will gladly return to this hotel again We did not like the breakfast very much. A 4 star hotel should have a wider variety of fresh fruit to offer and of better quality

The best beside location is the friendly staff Bryant and really everyone was very helpfull. The cleaning staff also. I want to let you know that the decoration of room 306 is very nice with the imitation of wood floors. It will be very nice if the other rooms were decorated the same way. A nice change was to move the safety boxes to the rooms that was positive.

Posizione comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere silenziose. Albergo a contatto con un bel giardino verde. Per molti aspetti, sarebbe utile ripristinare la porta girevole.

Bom atendimento da recepção! O sistema de calefação com calor excessivo em todo os ambientes, a forração de "carpet" no quarto tornam o ambiente desconfortavel, tive que manter janela aberta para refrescar o quarto! Motivo da troca para o Dazzler Recoleta!

Boa localização. Quarto confortável. O quarto precisa ser modernizado, principalmente quanto à decoração. Além disso, escuta-se muito barulho de encanamento (descargas) e conversas advindas do corredor e dos quartos vizinhos, em especial durante o periodo da manha. Quem gosta de dormir um pouco mais vai encontrar problemas.

Achei o hotel muito bom como um todo, bom conforto, café da manha muito bom. Acho uma ótima relação custo beneficio. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente com certeza. Deveria primar por toalhas em melhores condições para os hospedes, as que nos foram oferecidas durante todo o período em que ficamos estavam uma vergonha. Outra coisa que me deixou chateado foi que a internet wi fi oferecida aos hospedes para acesso nos quartos não funcionou durante 2 dias consecutivos, mas depois de tanto insistir com o pessoal da recepção, finalmente depois disso passou a funcionar normalmente.

Bien ubicado, muy buena atencion, Limpieza y orden. En razon de problemas de vuelo, mi agencia de viajes como asi tambien mi esposo intentaron comunicarse, en innumerable cantidad de llamadas telefonicas, con el Front Desk, lo que fue imposible, y solo lo lograron en primeras horas de la madrugada ( la diferencia horaria era de 5 horas) Mi esposo les escribio un email esa misma noche.

O Hotel não tem luxo mas é muito bom, bem localizado e o preço é acessível. O preço e a reserva confirmados pelo site foram garantidos pelo hotel (e realmente, pelo site obtive melhor preço). Recomendo o hotel principalmente pela localização (bons restaurantes e bares e próximo de ruas comerciais e do obelisco), o que é importante em Buenos Aires. Deixo também registrado meu elogio e agradecimento aos atendentes do Hotel, principalmente ao Sr. Santiago, cuja presteza e educação contribuíram para uma boa estadia. Por se tratar de Buenos Aires, só de ter café da manhã já é um luxo, mas .... já que tem, poderia ser melhor.

Por causa de uma chuva a internet parou de funcionar por dias. O quarto (não-fumante) tinha cheiro de cigarro e mofo. O check-out é às 10:00, não às 12:00 como na maioria dos hotéis. Por um late check-out cobram US$ 60,00.
