The hotel was perfectly adequate. I wouldn't write any letters home or any letters to the editors about it. The room was cleaned every day and I would say got up to a max of 95% clean. The room itself was quite large. Probably too big for me on my own but great if I were traveling with someone else. It was in a great location however. In Recoleta, you are close enough to walk to Palermo Soho, the parks and obviously all the Recoleta attractions e.g., the cemetery, the shopping mall. The staff mostly spoke English well enough for me to make myself understood and well enough that I understood them (this varied somewhat but the person, I saw the most spoke English pretty well).

I would have loved more hotel-y amenities. They don't have a work center (there's a small internet hub up the street) which would have been nice to research various things, e.g train times etc. There was no body soap (unless you count the incredibly harsh hand soap they put out) or lotion (no real biggie but would have been nice). The breakfast was ok but again, nothing to write home about in a city with pretty good food. My biggest complaint is that while perfectly fine, this hotel is not worth the amount charged. I didn't do a after-trip check but I've paid less for better hotels. Not sure if that's representative of the city or if I just got a bad deal but I was a little taken aback at the final (plus tax) amount.

Os funcionários são educados, prestativos. A limpeza dos aptos é muito boa. O quarto é grande e confortável. A localização é boa.

O café da manhã pode melhorar.

A localização é excelente. O hotel fica próximo de shopping center e do metrô na Avenida Santa fé (3 quadras aprox.) o apartamento é amplo com uma pequena cozinha que ajuda na hora de preparar um lanche.

O fim do horário do café da manhã é um pouco rígido para uma cidade em que pode-se chegar tarde e acordar tarde.

Tivemos que mudar de suite por problemas no exaustor do banheiro e na hidromassagem.
