Location is excellent, in front of Recoleta cemetery. Nice views from higher floors.

The adjacent building is under heavy works. The noise is simply unbearable, staff knows it but don't warm you!!! Staff unpleasant: I had to go through booking to shorten my stay (could not stand the f* noise), they refused to accept my cancellation at first !! Rooms are not clean (the back window of mine was so dirty you couldn't see through!) Noisy even at night (huge air con engines situated in between the tower). Cheap, but still too expensive for the noise. Might be better in a few months when building works are finished. Still poorly maintained ...

Terrible breakfast

Location, friendly staff, comfort.

Really noisy because of construction next door. First night tv didnt work. Wifi was really bad and on and off all the time, the worst we experienced in 6 weeks of travelling argentina (most campsites had better wifi). No eggs or cheese/ham left at breakfast (even when we were there early). "We have so many people!"

At the reception the staff is very friendly and competent. The location of the hotel is wonderful.

The breakfast should be better. In the bathroom, the towels are quite old, in a very bad state indeed.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and spoke some English, which made life a little easier. They recommended some great spots for sightseeing as well.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very clean rooms with tile floors and no allergenic items such as cushions and wool comforters. Excellent location, even if the cemetery across the street may spook some guests.

The noise both from the streets and the other rooms. Because the windows aren't double-glazed, noise from people going to and coming from the bars and restaurants next to the hotel disturb you all night. Nor are the doors and wall thick enough to prevent you from hearing everything that happens next door. Ear plugs and sleeping pills are a must.

I love the location of it.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor, and even I made a complain in the reception the next day was idem. Double room had tiny beds.

Location

I booked this hotel because it said it was a suite with 2 rooms (and we have 2 young kids). When we arrived late at night they said they would only take 3 people per room and we would have to look elsewhere or we could buy another room for double the price. After much debate they gave us to really small and dark rooms in the basement. And charged us for an extra room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us find and make different restaurant and activity recommendations.

The only thing missing was a pool, but we knew that going in.

O alto nível de ruído ouvido nos quartos causado por uma obra ao lado do hotel. O incomodo é grande devido ao alto volume das batidas e corte de peças com serras. Além disso as portas dos apartamentos e dos banheiros rangem e é possível ouvir dentro do quarto quando alguém abre as portas de outro apartamento no mesmo andar. Por esse motivo não recomendaria esse hotel para outros pelo menos enquanto durarem as obras.

Su ubicación es inmejorable. Las camas y almohadas son confortables, el tamaño de las habitaciones ideal. El personal es muy eficiente y amable.

En este momento que hay ruido por una construcción, pero aun asi lo escogería.

Me gusta la ubicación cerca de todo. Es un lindo hotel que recomendaria.

No tiene cochera

colchão - péssima qualidade, regiões da cama onde se senta, fica afundada, provocando desconforto ao dormir. - Pessoal do hotel relapso, pedimos para marcar show de tango e ficamos esperando até às 21:40, para descobrir que não tinham marcado. Hotel sujo, banheiro sujo. Refrigeração sem controle local, para mudar a temperatura tem que ligar para recepção...

muy mala atención de la recepción, pésimo el desayuno y poco mantenido el lugar, falta limpiea, la limpieza de la habitación deplorable, estiraban la cama en lugar de hacerla, muy mala conexión de internet

La ubicación es estupenda. Se puede caminar, comer, comprar, movilizarse con facilidad.

Me tocó un baño para discapacitados. La ducha no tenía jabonera ni donde poner los ammenities. Incomodidad de la ubicación de la única pc del hotel para uso de huèspedes. Malísima señal de wifi (creo que el problema es de la ciudad en general)
