Prima lokatie, aardig personeel.

We houden erg van 'design' hotels, maar deze was gewoon te steriel. Niet gezellig. Zwembad in betonnen omgeving, sfeerloos. Kamers ook beetje onpersoonlijk. Jammer dat er geen bar in het hotel was.

Geweldig vriendelijk personeel. zwembad is goed en ruim voor in een hotel in de stad. gezellige relaxte sfeer.

wat veel lawaai van machines, airco's op balkons ,maar ik rond het zwembad slecht geïsoleerde machines

Een absolute aanrader. Heel prachtig hotel in de recoleta wijk, met aan de achterkant uitzicht op de bekende begraafplaats waar Evita Peron begraven ligt. Heel indrukwekkend. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heel design, prachtige kamers. Alle comfort. In de buurt lekkere restaurants (oa La Rorenzo).

Ideale locatie, onze kamer had zicht op het beroemde kerkhof. Er zijn veel leuke trendy winkels en restaurantjes. De kamers zijn licht en ruim. De medewerkers aan de balie zijn zeer behulpzaam. De inrichting van de kamers is sober en dat geldt ook voor het ontbijt.

Gewoon, propere, nette en zeer ruime kamers. Met zicht op Cementerio de la Recoleta; klinkt wat luguber, maar is wel een toeristische trekpleister. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Zowel geschikt voor zakenreiziger als de citytripper, die op wat meer luxe en comfort gesteld is.

Als het echt moet, dan misschien dat de kamers een ietrs te "cleane" indruk gaven, vb geen kadertje aan de muur ofzo, maar dit is echt vitten...

The hotel is placed in good area , near many good restaurants. They provide fast wifi, without a charge. Hotel's personnel was very friendly and helped us in critical situations.

Dazzler Tower Recoleta has very good value for money. The location is excellent - you have everything you need in the neighborhood, including restaurants, bars, drugstores(to charge your mobile number), grocery shops, handcraft shops, snackshops, cafes,etc. Don't miss the Recoleta Cemetery behind the hotel - it is a very beautiful place and free admission. The staff at Dazzler speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. Ana at the front desk is the best! In a word, this is not a luxury hotel- but the design is modern and mininalist and you get everything you need for your stay. Some people say the breakfast lacks variety, but this is what South Americans have everyday- crossaint, toast, cheese, ham, scrambbled eggs, coffee/tea, yogurt, juicy, cereals and fruits. The best way to pay for the hotel is to change USD at local cambios(money exchange), which will give you the non-official rate, then pay cash in pesos. Try Mondedas del Mundo( World's Coins) at 1621 Junin street, they are only two blocks away from the hotel and offer the best rate. But do not go there alone, in case you will get robbed. You should not miss a shop called Arandu, which sells Argentinean silverware, leather goods and handicrafts. Great quality at very reasonable price!

If the hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, this place will be perfect! The hotel should do something with the shower so that the water won't get on the floor. That piece of glass needs to be fixed. The hotel does not provide slippers, bodywash( they have shampoo and conditioner) and facial tissue.

Staff is super good & professional, room is super clean.

The rooms on Av Las Heras are a bit noisy despite the sound insulation Breakfast so so Lifts were slow, small and had to wait a long time for an empty one to take up luggage etc New or musty smell in rooms

Asked for a blanket received a duvet thrown on bed no cover, asked for more sheets also thrown on bed so we had to make up the bed !! Place needs a lift and a paint

Staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is very centrally located. The rooms are big and quiet.

It is impossible to turn the lights completely off on the air conditioning and the tv, making it very difficult to sleep.

Excellent location. Very clean, modern design. Very good breakfast buffet with a range of choices. Very helpful staff, with a special " shout out" to Tamara who was especially helpful. Good value for the money

The refrigerator, the free wi-fi, the staff who spoke English and were very helpful, the pool, and the comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was the same for 7 days. A little variety is needed, especially in the breads.

The staff was outstanding in handling crisis, as half of the hotel had a blackout and they handled very gracefully the angry guests, even after it started raining inside the lobby. Also apart from the crisis, they were always extremely helpful, always willing to make our stay as good as possible. After the first day blackout, they spontaneously gave full refunds for the day to all guests who had the problem. Breakfast was good, with options for all tastes. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect, at Recoleta, which is very central and offers many options of things to do within walking distance. Wi-fi access, which was available for free in the rooms and public areas, worked extremely well, even during the blackouts and heavy rain. We do believe the blackouts and "flood" were a one-time situation and would stay in the hotel again in the future.

We had two days of blackouts in our room, and the whole column. A 4-star hotel should have a generator or provide some solution to the guests on holiday who had to face Buenos Aires' summer without air conditioning. Also, we were constantly being told the problem would be solved within an hour, but, as night approached, the rooms were pitch-black. Also, as heavy rain started coming down, water started leaking from the ceiling and the lobby's floor quickly became all wet, contributing to the overall feeling of chaos from the guests who were looking for a hotel change. During the 3 other days, however, everything went just fine.
