The airline lost our luggage and we arrived very late to the hotel. The staff was very helpfully with all of our special requests. Also they gave us upgrade to a suite due to the fact that we are on our honeymoon.

Location Price Room Bath This is the second time I've been there. The other one was better in therms of: Maintenance: air conditioning was out of service. Two days to fix it. Breakfast: was much better 7 months ago. Reading spotlight was out of service. Housekeeper forgot to let one towel (one day only).

The very personable and friendly staff who were always willing to go the extra distance to be helpful. It is a low-key hotel which manages to create a warm atmosphere through the staff. On one occasion we bumped into 2 of the young men from reception off duty away from the hotel and they greeted us like old friends. Carpets in rooms are starting to look a bit tired

One minute away from Caye Florida and close by two great steak Restauarants. (Higly recommended) and the Hotel has security staff ad the front door that gives you a secure feeling ones in your inside the Hotel or in your room. Hotel is very clean and nice and friendly housekeeping staff. Hotel promotes room service until 11 pm. But on twice on different days I have called for room service and it was closed before 11 pm. Also the Hotel informs you during your check in that the breakfast is until 10:30 am. But they stop cooking breakfast (egg etc) as of 10 am. So if you arrive to eat breakfast at 10 am you will find only leftover.

Staff. Location No coffee/tea facilities. Breakfast boring. No carpets in room. Aircon extremely noisy. Compared to other hotels that my colleges stayed in for us$10 more - this was not value for money

The location is great, no doubt ! The suite I booked was really dirty. I has counted more that 100 stains some of them huge ! The sofa and armchairs were so dirty that I could not seat ! Even a 2 star hotel would not be proposing such terrible rooms. I complained and nobody seemed to be shocked ! The breakfast is the most basic one and Bs As offers much nicer places to stay. I do not recommand this hotel and I suggest the organisation that grants the stars to check it again. I moved to a beautifull new hotel called Pulitzer Hotel, in Maipu street, 300 meters aways. This one I recommand, staff is helpfull, smiling, rooms are disigned as well as the hotel. Small hotel but really good.

Quite central location especially if you like to shop obn Florida or going to restaurant on Puerto Madero. Staff is helpful but not smiling Wifi I snot operating at all in the hotel as well as lan cable ! this is a very big issue for a supposed 4 star hotel, so if you need wifi for you job, forget it. Breakfast is very basic.

Very good location. Staff generally able to serve customers in English. Willingness of staff to make reservations for entertainment and restaurant. Noisy plumbing system; foul smells from drainage in bathroom, poor wi-fi reception in rooms; breakfast could have been better; rooms were sparsely decorated and seemed a bit worn.

A localização é excelente. A equipe é simplesmente fantástica. Tive um problema de falecimento na família que me obrigou a retornar antes do previsto. Os funcionários se desdobraram para fazer com que eu conseguisse. Nota 1000. O sinal de wi fi no quarto é muito ruim.

A única vantagem do hotel é a localização. Piscina não funcionou vários dias.Academia pequena.Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Limpeza irregular dos quartos. Em suma, péssimo custo/benefício.
