Our double bedroom was huge with a king size bed. Hotel is conveniently located near to famous calle florida, calle lavalle and corrientes. Generally speaking the place is a little old (very clean though). Bathroom in our room was particularly obsolete |

Da localização, da simpatia dos funcionários, da cama, do colchão e do espaço do quarto, do fato de ter wi fi no quarto. Falta mais atenção quanto ao número de toalhas deixadas no banheiro.Fomos em dois(casal) mas inssistiam em deixar toalhas em número insuficiente.Não gostei da cortina de plástico no banheiro.Acho que deveriam trocá-las por box de vidro, afinal trata-se de um hotel 4 estrelas. |

Es bueno, confortable, precio bastante conveniente y muy bien ubicado con buena disposición de su personal para orientar y contactar los tours y para la atención en general. Nos retiramos muy complacidos. La habitación que nos tocó, el lavamanos estaba muy antiguo y desgastado, recomendaria cambiarlo., sin que sea estrictamente necesario, es solo una recomendación El resto está todo muy bien, felicitaciones. |

O nível de atendimento o ar condicionado do apto 26 estava com problemas e não foi resolvido. não esfriava rapidamente e tinha que deixa-lo ligado por horas para um nivel aceitável de temperatura. |

Fiz a reserva para um quarto padrão (standart), que nas fotos do site parecia um quarto simples e pequeno, porém para nossa surpresa nos deram um quarto grande, bem espaçoso, na cobertura do prédio, com varanda e cama king size muito confortável! A localização é ótima, fizemos quase tudo à pé. Gostamos muito no geral, o hotel nos atendeu perfeitamente, superou as expectativas. Apesar de estar tudo ok com o banheiro, seria muito melhor se tivesse um box ao invés de cortina para o chuveiro, pois ela atrapalha o banho, diminuindo nosso espaço de movimentação. O café da manhã poderia variar um pouquinho também. E uma dica: levem dolar pra pagar o hotel, pois gastamos cerca de R$ 200 a mais com a conversão de dolar para o peso paralelo, para pagamento em cartão. |

A localizacao (estou em montevideo e com dificuldades no teclado). A simpatia dos funcionários, excluindo um senhor que, de acordo com o relato abaixo, nao deveria trabalhar diretamente com o público. Sim. O senhor da recepcao que fez o chekout foi extremamente grosseiro. Nos cobrou servico de bar, quando nao consumimos nada, e nao efetuou o devido estorno. Pedimos um táxi para as 7:15 da manha e qdo descemos o táxi já estava a nossa espera, o que encareceu demasiadamente a corrida. Errou ao passar os cartoes de crédito e nao admitiu o erro. |
