Localização e cortesia dos funcionários. O quarto era muito velho, com cheiro de cigarro (e eu pedi um quarto para não fumantes), misturado com o cheiro de um produto de limpeza muito forte. Havia também muito barulho no hotel, inclusive dos funcionários responsáveis pela limpeza. |

O hotel é muito bom. Sempre limpo, organizado e com funcionários qualificados e sempre prestativos para nos atender. Além disso, tem uma ótima localização, perto da Rua Florida. |
