Excellent location, walkable to the pier, tourist info, buses to Tierra Del Fuego NP and many restaurants and shops along San Martin. Rooms are comfy and the heater adequate to keep the room cosy.

Counter staff doesn't speak much English. The room shakes every time someone closes the door on our floor.

    - Location was very nice and hotel was very comfortable. - Staffs were always very supportive. - Room was well furnished and expecially I liked the heater of the room. - Pizzeria is connected to the hotel and good breakfast is served there.

    - I was a little pricey, I think.

The stuff was unhelpful, gave the feeling we bother them, and couldn't help us finding our way around the city.
