Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful views of the lake. Good restaurant with lovely views. Kind personal.

The rooms are noisy.The Spa and the restaurant are in the main building and the rooms are located on other buildings outside.It's very uncomfortable to go outside in winter to reach the spa or the restaurant. The lobby is cold, the main door ir always open and the beautiful fireplace is never alight. The recepcionists usually call people outloud by the restaurant's speakers... like in a Camping(!).

One of the most beautiful hotels and environment we have experienced, and we've traveled extensively. Exquisite design, thoughtful amenities, knowledgeable staff, excellent cuisine.

Expensive. Additional add-ons and taxes were not specific. Rate was underestimated by at least 30%.

Confortable,a beautifull view,the dinner was wonderfull ande the roons were large.

The roon was far from of the lobby.

The rooms are very spacious. The pool is good. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The restaraunt serves very good food though the service is a bit too slow. The tourist advice staff were very helpful and made booking a car very easy.

I'm a light sleeper so I would recommend requesting a room at back of site to avoid being woken by traffic to car park at all hours.

Stylish room' interior, excellent view of the Nahuel-Huapi lake, well- organized whole area of the hotel with safety and convinient build- in parking, bushed-out of lavender. The hotel's restaurant and spa- building is very nice. The breakfast is good and wine and sandwiches choice in restaurant is wide. Jacuzzi inside a room is a huge plus. The shuttle- bus to the civic- center runs twice a day.

Absolutely no complaints. But personal on the desk should be more friendly.

It was a shame as we stayed only one night that we couldn't avail ourselves more completely of the services offered.

They did a room inspection at checkout which took some time and charged us for using the minibar when we touched none of the charge items in the suite and make it a practice never to use minibar when travelling. The staff with the exception of the travel desk guy who seemed really interested to help, although professional were not in any way welcoming and we were spanish speakers so it wasn't a question of language. Distance from town really means you have to drive or bus it and there is limited if any parking in the town of Bariloche. Although we had a junior suite, we could not see the lake as there was a huge tree obstructing it.

the hotel itself was just Fabulous. The deisgn of it is something else. It has great loctaion on an elevated site only 2.5km outside the town centre. Great views over the Lake. Great pool that also goes outdoors, again with spectacular views. Rooms are clean crisp nice deisgn with Jacuzzi in each room. Read previous Posts on Tripadvisor that said staff were unfriendly which is so untrue (bar one girl who works night with long clurly hair) there is a travle agent attached who will organize day trips which are so worth it and they also are so so friednly and helpful-would recommend you use them rather than the unhelpful ones in the city

there was absolutly nothing I disliked about my stay. I stayed in a luxury suite and junior suite and was imnpressed with them both.

This is a special hotel--the hotel itself, the setting, and helpful staff. I stayed in Argentina for 3 weeks, traveling around, and this was our favorite hotel.

We were fortunate to receive an upgrade on our arrival to the hotel and found our room to be spacious, luxurious with a spectacular view of the lake and surrrounding mountains. The staff were attentive and welcoming and the breakfast provided is of a high quality. Swimming in the heated pool with aforementioned views is a highlight. I recommend this facility highly.

O que mais gostei no hotel foram dos funcionários que fazem o transporte interno ,são muito atenciosos.O quarto é muito bom e confortável.Localização excelente.Vista do salão de café espetacular.A comodidade de ter restaurante de excelente nível no hotel para jantar.

Precisei mudar de quarto e não tinham esvaziado a cesta de lixo do hóspede anterior,nem feito uma limpeza adequada da banheira,precisei chamar a recepção.

Gostei muito da vista do restaurante do hotel!!

A vista do quarto, mau humor dos funcionarios, desorganização dos funcionarios, distancia dos quartos ate o predio da recepção central, cobrança com um cambio de dolar mais alto que a média da cidade.

o unico incoveniente é que os quartos ficam em predios diferentes da recepcao/area de lazer/restautrante. Deveria ter uma van o tempo todo p transporte dos hospedes

O quarto é excelente, bem decorado, vista incrivel, bom café da manhã, boa localização
