Very nice hotel.

The booking was pre-charged on the credit card, with no option to pay cash upon check-out. According to the hotel this is a 'Booking'- policy...

excellent location with helpful staff. The room was very large with excellent facilities. Bariloche has a good range of eating at all levels

Everything! Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The clubhouse design is spectacular. The room was beautiful The pool was wonderful. The meal we had in the DR was THE BEST and very good value. Breakfast was a feast.

The view over the lake from our room was absolutely stunning.

The reception and restaurant staff were brilliant and very friendly. Unfortunately the woman in the tourist information office was completely the opposite. I understand that our inquiry was in fact outside her remit but the manner in which she informed us of this was really quite rude and put us off booking anything else through her.

The Whirlpool in the room was excellent.

The Hotel is located 2.5km outside of Bariloche Centre, but the Hotel offers a shuttle service twice a day into town.

The large and comfortable room surpassed our expectations. There was a large walk-in shower and hot tub in the main room. The staff was excellent.

The gym equipment was out of date.

Friendly staff. Wonderful view and comfortable accomodations.

Elevator and windows need cleaning. A little weak on maintenance.

Tourist office lady was very helpful and really improved the trip.

The chaos at breakfast every morning. Big queues with rude staff.

Everything from the moment we arrived. We arrived in town well before 3pm check-in, but this was not a problem. The staff were fantastic - always friendly & helpful. The standard of English comprehension & speech is high at the front desk - which made life much easier for us. The spa & the outlook from our room was worth a million dollars. The gym, indoor/outdoor pool & sauna were sensational. The hotel is set in four separate buildings on a very steep hill - if this proves to be a problem, the staff quite happily drive you up or down. We had some delicious cocktails & light meals in the bar one night If we ever go back to Bariloche we will definately be staying there.

There was no clock in the room. The coffee in the room was not provided- we were charged for it. Rust on the shower floor was a bit off-putting

Room was huge and beautiful. Breakfast was terrific. In room spa with panoramic view over the lakes and mountains was a real highlight. Our daughter LOVED playing with the bubbles in the spa.

Its a little tired in places. e.g. the curtain railings around the spa had obviously fallen a few times and you could see the holes in ceiling from where it had been.

I liked the rooms, the staff, the area was beautiful.

They didn´t have the swimming pool and the spa open, neither the restaurant was open, so we couldn´t use those places. I really didn´t like that

el personal es amable, atento pero poco comunicativo (frios, pero educados)

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, pero no urbano. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, y tienen una vista hermosa al lago Nahuel Huapi. La cocina es aceptable, esperaba algo mejor, y el menú de room service es bastante escaso, y de menor calidad que lo que sirven en el restaurant.

O hotel encontra-se em meio a natureza, em frente ao lago, e possui um design contemporâneo, com obras de arte moderna. Os quartos são amplos e bem cuidados. O quarto que escolhemos possuía vista para o bosque e para o lago (LINDA!) magnifica estada para um casal em lua de mel. O ambiente é acolhedor e de muito bom gosto, e os recepcionistas sempre prestativos. Recomendo!

O hotel é excelente, me apaixonei pelo apartamento, perfeito, muito confortável e aconchegante, não deve nada para 5 estrelas. Espero voltar a Bariloche e desejo ficar hospedada neste hotel, na mesma suite junior. Amei!!!!!

Gostei de tudo, apesar de que o café da manhã pode ter um pouco mais de variedades.

Distancia do centro. Deslocamento interno. Muito distante do restaurante, recepção, etc.

Do conforto, do design moderno, da vista maravilhosa para o lago. Funcionários muito atenciosos e acolhedores. Café da manhã perfeito!

Todo!! Muy buena la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son confortables y la ubicación del hotel esta buena, no queda lejos del centro, podes tomarte un remis, el colectivo o ir caminando. Usamos todo los servicios que brindan el hotel, y son muy buenos. Quedamos muy conformes con mi esposo.

Muy nuevo y moderno, bastante cómodo y de lujo. La atención excelente, relación precio/calidad esta muy bien, ya que los servicios de pileta, spa.. están buenísimos.

No lo recomiendo para personas que estén viajando sin auto, ya que los cuartos están en edificios lejos de la recepción y el hotel esta alejado del centro de la ciudad.
